Wonderful, very caring persons,
Everyone was great. From the front desk, to the nurse, the managers, to Dr. Jiang. It was a smooth appointment. We were scheduled at 1:00 and were done by 1:25.
It's a great place with great staff

The Nurse we had has ALWAYS been my favorite she's literally the sweetest person I have ever met.
The nurse we had (so our primary interaction) was not very friendly... it did not seem like she really liked kids, which is awkward since that's what we're there for. Also, she and the doctor both talked as if we had been there before and had a history with you guys, but it was our first visit. The nurse also referred to my daughter as "he" multiple times when she came back in to do the vaccines, which is always a bit awkward. The provider was very kind, though
The nurse was amazing and took her time with my apprehensive son as he prepared to get 3 vaccines. She was so patient and it made a huge difference in his behavior during the process. I greatly appreciated the care she showed my son. Thank you!!!!!!!
I am very pleased with Dr. Jang. She did very, very good with my daughter, [...], and my daughter liked her too. And I've been bringing my daughter here for six years now and I've never had one complaint with any of the providers here or office staff. We absolutely love this place.
The doctor, Jiang, I saw, she was new, but she was excellent. She was providing excellent information and I had a really, really good experience with her. Definitely, I will be taking my kids back, all three of them. Bye-bye.
My experience was great! Both of my grandbabies we treated very well. All my questions were answered and fully explained to me. Everyone from the doctor to the staff members and receptionist were awesome. Thank you all so much for such amazing quality care.
I'd actually end up making a mistake. They did inform me about the wait time. The staff is excellent. I just love going to that facility. The doctor was also excellent as well and just did an amazing job just explaining everything, and I really appreciate that.
The doctor was very helpful, she understood, and she listened very well.
I enjoyed meeting with the doctor. I think she was very smart and informative. And she didn't hesitate. She - I would definitely recommend her. And she did go over safety stuff with us. I just forgot about it because it was, you know, not - it was just brief because I was there for something specific. I really enjoyed meeting the provider and her care. Thank you.
Dr. Jiang is an excellent doctor! She listens and doesn't rush to get you out of the appointment. Very thorough.
Love this drs office! Even though we didn't see our regular doctor we still had a great experience! Attentiveness to the illness of my son and answering all the questions. We love murals in all the rooms! It's a great distraction while waiting between the nurse check in and the dr arriving. We miss the fish tank in the waiting room - both our kids loved looking at everything!
