Hi, I left similar feedback on my last visit about the same thing, but the nurse for Dr. Quadri, I believe her name is Candace, maybe, she's a larger young African American woman, literally acts like a big baby. She literally acts like a child, like a young child too. And it really makes, I didn't have any trust, like it feels like this is not a professional, this is not competent. And this may have rubbed over, but like when she did a COVID nose swab, I remember it's uncomfortable when you do it at home. And she even said, I've got to do this around your nose five times. She literally like touched my nose hair less than a second in each nostril. There was no swabbing. And so I had no confidence that I was getting accurate tests. And then also thought, well, maybe the strep and the flu tests aren't accurate. So there's a whole issue of competence with this nurse. And it's not okay. It's not okay because it feels like.
Yes, my experience was really great. I trust the physician. He was very nice. The staff was very nice. And I will definitely see him again.

Customer service was awesome
My experience was horrible. Like, I left out so distressed. He didn't take the time to read anything in my chart. And the information that he gathered was wrong. He even said, I missed my, well, I didn't have a chance to read anything because it's a lie. If you're a doctor, that is what you're supposed to do. And he was, it was just, it was, some things on my chart, it was just out of place. And it wasn't corrected. He was inconsiderate. And I would never recommend him to anyone.
On time . The staff is friendly and professional My Doctor is so nice and humble, we like him too much.

I think it is necessary to strengthen coordination between you and the pharmacies that provide medicine for the patient, often the patient remains stuck between what he is prescribed from medicine in front of their reservation to exchange the medicine
There should be clear instructions when the patient arrives in the clinic that if the attendant on the reception is busy or have something other that they are doing that's overpowering them and they need a moment and they cannot attend the patient right away, then there should be a sign or some direction to just go and wait in the lobby or a token number, something like that, that is more of a methodological approach instead of just walking in the clinic and not knowing what to do if no one is giving them attention.
