Dr. Walton explained things to me very well/clearly and put my mind at ease for things I asked. And the front desk and nurse did a good job.

Dr. Walton always takes time to listen to me. He has been my primary care physician since 2001. His nurse Amanda is kind and courteous and has a very calm voice.
Please have written indications for Checking in. When I arrived at the front desk, someone was already being attended by a front desk lady, so I walked in towards another front desk lady and when she asked me if I was going to check in and I said yes, se yelled at me to go to back to the place where another patient was checking in. She didn't have to be rude with patients and the situation could have been avoided if precise check in instructions were displayed. The other ladies, the nurse and doctor were all wonderful.

Excellent Dr. and staff.
The nurse was very helpful with my paperwork and explained the next steps after the visit. The Dr took time to ask questions about lifestyle and gave a pretty common sense assessment of my health. I requested a referral to a specialist and they took time to find the specialist that I requested. Check in process was fast. Overall a positive experience. Was asked to wear a mask for the appointment which was inconvenient.

The phone number I was given for the pulmonologist was actually for cancer center in med center. We have yet to hear or schedule appointment with pulmonologist.

Able to talk freely about issues. Got useful help on using the inhaler. Walking is the best ever exercise. Talked about keeping healthy in general. As I left I thought, Dr Walton and his nurse are very caring people.
