Prompt attention to my concerns
I am 57 and have had gout for 41 years. I was treated for an ankle injury with bruising and swelling. My care provider sent me for bloodwork to test uric acid levels. My test came back with the lowest level I have ever had. I was told by my provider I had gout and your facility does not treat gout. She then cancelled the mri that was scheduled to try to determine what is wrong with my ankle. During my exam, I was unable to move my toes as requested despite trying to. I was treated like a non-compliant child. My care provider was dismissive of my life-long experience with my body. I was asked to wear a boot, which I did. I have never in my life been able to put a brace, wrap, boot or bed sheet on a joint suffering from gout. I took vacation to stay home and tend to this and will have to take more vacation searching for a new provider.
She was very personable, very good. I really, really liked how she did my appointment.
Each person I interacted with from beginning to end was so kind and personable.
Provider Haley was exceptional, provided great customer service, talked to me about everything with the next step of care would be. Truly appreciate all her service and her assistance to get me on the path of recovery.

I forgot her name but the doctor the female she is awesome. I love her energy. I like her vibe. I like how she treat people I like how she came in the room. And light the whole room up I'mma give her a 10 she is absolutely great how to say if the other doctor is out, I will see the female any day. She's awesome. Whatever you are going through that day of your visit she will make you feel everything is OK and she's gonna take care of you and I appreciate it. She's my favorite.
Haley is awesome and Dr. Govind is awesome as well. I'm thankful for my care that I receive.
NP Haley was very good and helpful prior to surgery and in the Post-Op period. Was willing to communicate with me when I had questions and explained the procedure that the Dr. performed.

Haley was very easy to deal with. I felt very comfortable during our visit and our appointment. Neither one of us really know what's going on with my ankle, but she did order more tests. However, there's no physician notes on the paperwork she gave me, and this is workers' comp, and Texas Mutual has to have those physician's notes. So if someone could get that message to her, that would be great.
10:30 appointment & was not seen until 11:20.
Haley is an incredible nurse practitioner! She is very knowledgeable and provides the best treatment plan. She is spunky and has the kindest demeanor. She is emphatic and cares deeply about my current issues. I highly recommend her!

Everyone was professional, friendly, helpful from check-in to the nurses and the doctor were knowledge of my medical history medication's and discussed everything in detail detail easy for me to understand. I knew on my first visit. I was in the right place going the right direction. I am looking forward to my follow up appointments and making a full recovery. Everyone is doing an excellent job and I am very grateful and happy to be at UT physicians, thank you.

Very comfortable atmosphere. Great staff including the front desk and X-ray technician. The X-ray technician was very personable and I could tell that he enjoyed his job. This made me very curious on how to become an X-ray technician.
My check in and wait was flawless but the wait in the exam room was 45 minutes long. My experience with UT Health has always been positive and I understand that situations occur and can't be helped. I will definitely return to this facility and this provider. I respect them and they have always treated me with respect.
Every point I touched behind the office doors, was las if being with family. I was treated with respect, like my concerns mattered, I wasn't rushed bc the team beefed to get to the next patient.
