What can be improved is the time that one waits to see Dr. Von Allmen. It didn't take too long for Angel to attend to us, waiting time, well, we were talking about more than 40 minutes and we were left waiting to see the doctor and that was definitely the time, the waiting time, well, a long time.

We arrived at the clinic 1/2 hour early like was asked of us. Our appointment was at 2:00. At 2:30 a nurse came out and asked if we were willing to see a NP instead of the doctor because the doctor was running behind (this is after an hour wait). We said no, we came to see the doctor...we waited already an hour. Plus we made the appointment in JULY and the first available was the end of September....so we waited to see the doctor because that's who we had an appointment with. She said the doctor would see us at 3:15. So we left for a 1/2 hour and returned at 3:10. We were escorted into the office at 3:15 when we returned, as we walked past the doctor she was on a zoom call with another patient. We did not see the doctor until 3:50. This is rediculous. This is a waste of my time, and to have my 6 year old have to wait in a doctor's office lobby for 2+ hours for is unacceptable. To make a patient wait when while she was on a patient portal call is unfair to the patient who came to the office and was waiting for the doctor. I understand trying to multi task, but when a six year old is sitting and waiting for TWO plus hours.... that's NOT ok.

The provider was excellent. The resident was excellent. The visit was lengthy, but I think that that was necessary to get an accurate presentation. And it was because I read the documentation and it reflected exactly what I said. They took a lot of time with her and with me under a very stressful circumstance and ultimately got us exactly the referrals that we needed and were very compassionate and kind. And the only thing, honestly, in the whole visit that was wrong was the temperature in that room was absolutely freezing in room two where we were. I'm sorry if I didn't listen to the scale at the very beginning and answered some things maybe wrong. But overall, excellent visit, excellent care, excellent doctor, excellent first impression. Thank you.

Dr. Von Allmen was great and quite knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable and optimistic upon leaving. Staff was also great! Wait time was a bit longer than expected.

The EEG appointment that was supposed to be before the appointment with Dr. Von Allmen was never finalized. My child was sleep deprived and NPO and unable to complete the test at the desired time of 0930. They eventually were able to test her, but we were at the clinic for 5 hours. The technician was not friendly when we entered the testing room. For some reason our experiences with technicians have not been pleasant the handful of times my daughter has needed an EEG. This is not the same as working with adults. Pediatric clinicians and technicians should be expected to adapt and work well with children.

Hey, this feedback is for Dr. Gretchen. She's an amazing doctor. She did listen to all my concerns carefully. And more importantly, she was very understandable and her staff was great. So keep up the good work, doctor. Bye.

It's difficult to get appointment in timely manner. It's is hard to reach out to her directly. Correspondence is done either by the nurse or her associate. We were also given wrong direction of tempering off the medication by her nurse. It is frustrating

Dr. Von Allmen was amazing. She was kind, caring, compassionate. I can't say enough good things about her. She is just very knowledgeable regarding the SC2NA gene mutation my daughter has. She comes in the room very calm and that just radiates. It made me feel calm as well. This is just a world of knowledge and I appreciate her so much.

Dr.Von Allmen is an absolute pleasure to have as a neurologist. She listened intently and agreed with a lot of my speculations in regards to my daughter's meds needing adjusting. The POC she set for my daughter has brought me an unmeasurable amount of peace. She is a real gem for parents like me. Thank you so so much Dr<3

This was the smoothest experience I've ever had in appointments for my daughter. It felt very collaborative and everyone was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with our visit yesterday.
