Gladis Savio, NP has been a wonderful nurse practitioner provider, taking care of me for years. Supervise excellent service and care.
Good work! Thanks to all the staff there
I would like to say the lab. At the lab I was not, in fact I seem to have been forgotten. I sat there for a long time and I had to go ask what the problem might be. I just forgot that I was sitting out there. Otherwise everything else was well done. Thank you.
Always great experience with this provider. Caring, compassionate, attentive, very attentive.
I trust Dr. Savio, she is always helpful and caring.
I am frustrated with UTHealth's insistence that providers see patients who are taking SSRIs every 6 months. There is no medical indication for this frequency - a patient who is doing well on their meds and is healthy should not be subjected to an in-person office visit for SSRI medication treatment. This feels like a money grab on the part of UTHealth. I like and trust my provider a lot but I am reluctant to recommend UTHealth because it feels increasingly often like the medical decisions are being driven by profit motives rather than medical necessity. Every time I go in for an appointment it seems as if I'm being recommended a follow-up or a course of treatment that is clearly designed to extract as much money from insurance as possible (ie: in-person office visits which you can bill to my insurance rather than telehealth, which have a lower reimbursement rate; or low-value blood work that is not medically indicated). I encourage UTHealth to put patients first rather than seeking every opportunity to juice insurance reimbursements on plans that you know pay well.
The staff and the doctors were very good.
Gladis Savio provided an exceptional experience for me in her clinic. She's an incredibly knowledgeable and caring member of the UT team. Gladis, thanks for taking such good care of me!

She was incredibly thoughtful and has responded as soon as she received any of my labs. She has been really great.
Gladis Savio and her medical assistant Sandy were awesome. Gladis checked in to see how I was doing and got me into Ortho quickly. Great job ladies.
Good experience.
In the waiting room, the attendants did not say the patients names plainly. Perhaps a white board with the last name on it, would be more helpful.
Yes, Gladis is a good provider. She listens and she explains and she has open communication. She communicates well with me whenever I come here and I feel very comfortable having her as my provider. Yes, she is a very nice, proud individual.
Ms. Gladis was very thorough and listened to all my concerns. I would definitely recommend her care.
Dr Dunbar was caring, knowledgeable, patient : a complete professional who had studied my history and made me feel that I would be fine in her care.
I think GLADIS SAVIO is excellent!
