In the waiting room, the attendants did not say the patients names plainly. Perhaps a white board with the last name on it, would be more helpful.

Yes, Gladis is a good provider. She listens and she explains and she has open communication. She communicates well with me whenever I come here and I feel very comfortable having her as my provider. Yes, she is a very nice, proud individual.

The staff that makes the appointments, they should be more polite and respectful, those that are at the exit with Dr. Savio. I have had several visits and the staff is not very adequate to support our needs. They show gesture of dissatisfaction all the time. I had laboratories and I asked that they register me, and they did not do it until after 20 minutes from when I asked. They did not register me, which does not seem like professional taste to me. And last year, the same thing happened, although I'm barely sharing it today. Thanks for asking!

Dr. Savio and the clinic staff are very professional and friendly. The only issue I had was that I wasn't able to get my labs drawn. I registered to have my labs done a few minutes before 5:30, but I was advised that they could not draw my labs that day.

always great medical care

Our appointment was for 515 and we needed labs done but they were closed. I just think the lab should stay open until the last patient is seen. Because it's a hassle to return the next day, but overall, everything was wonderful.

She is absolutely the BEST PA ever! There is no PA that I would rather see other than Gladis Savio. This is my second time to see her and I specifically requested to see her because she took such excellent care of me last time. She is knowledgeable, kind, empathetic, and thorough. She listened to me, cared about me, and made sure that I left with remedies that are certain to help me to heal and to not experience any further pain or sickness. If you want to feel better and fast, come to UT and see Dr. Savio!

I LOVE Gladis Savio. She is very responsive and thorough. Probably would be dead if not for her, seriously. However, UTP leaves alot to be desired regarding patient communication. Relayed my opinions and difficulties with the Office Manager after my last visit. She listened intently.

My experience is always fantastic. Savio is so experienced in her line of work. She is professional, she listens, her knowledge of Healthcare is impressive. I couldn't ask for a better Healthcare provider. The staff is so polite. The lab girls were so courteous.

I've been seeing Miss Savio for several years now. She's easy to talk to, always a great listener, shows great compassion, as well as great compassion during the time that my husband passed away. Always ready to listen. Always attentive to me.

Mrs. Savio did an excellent job in taking care of me.She listened to me careful and provided the medicine prescription for my situation. The nurse that did the testing was very professional and caring too.
