2 words!!! Totally Careness
Gladis Savio and staff are great!
NP Savio is very caring and communicates well.
Dr. Savio and her staff is patient, kind and took time to answer all of my needs. Thank you.
This visit was rushed and consisted of a series of questions read off computer and explained as Medicare required questions. Not much conversation about what I was there for!!!! Normally Dr Savio is calm and very thorough. She kept shushing me and continuing on ask questions off computer!!!!! She was hurried and finally said I have to go as I tried to talk to her! She's never been that way before! I am a retired 50 yr veteran of the health care system. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! I expect the same care I gave my patients! It's already a nightmare with insurance not covering needed diagnostics tests used to help with my chronic conditions.!! So I'm have to choose weather I sit home and suffer in pain or take a loan out to get a MRI!!! It's a shame the CEO SITS AND COLLECTS OUR HIGH COPAYS, I only can afford only right after receiving my SS for the month if I can see my drs. At my age and acquired chronic conditions ( several from nursing lifting, pushing, turning, on my feet all day) loved my medical career and had to retire early because of my body's betrayal!!
Gladis Savio is amazing, and our whole family loves her! We hope she never leaves.
Gladis Savio is an excellent provider. She is caring, intelligent, intuitive, and knowledgeable. I trust her with my care.
Gladis and her nurse are professional, knowledgeable, and courteous!
NP Savio understands the problems I face. I appreciate her patience and spending time with me.
Yeah, this is [...]. Ms. Savio, it's really, she's really incredible. She's a very professional, very kind, a very human person, and very knowledgeable. I am so glad she's part of my care group. I'm very, very glad. I hope that she will always stay with you, with your decisions. Anyway, thank you very much.
I love seeing DR Gladys Sabio every time it's a wonderful experience.
I have been seeing Dr Savio for several years now. I enjoy and respect her candor and professional knowledge of such broad medical subjects. I am completely confident in my health management under the care of Dr Savio. She has been a rare find and I look forward to many years of healthfulness under her care.
I have established a professional relationship with Dr Savio for 2-3 years now. She is one of the most thorough, professional & compassionate doctors I have ever met. I feel extremely confident in her care.
Everyone was very patient.
Being direct is a very important skill and I appreciate that feedback to my questions. I have grown to trust your process and respect your providers. Thank you.
Gladis Savio, NP has been a wonderful nurse practitioner provider, taking care of me for years. Supervise excellent service and care.
Good work! Thanks to all the staff there
Dr. Gladis , is a very personable physician. She cares about her patients and tries to make sure we all have the best of care from her. She's on top of my medical history and informs me of any changes she might see in my health care. I trust her with all decisions she makes for me. I am so grateful and thankful to have her as my physician.
I would like to say the lab. At the lab I was not, in fact I seem to have been forgotten. I sat there for a long time and I had to go ask what the problem might be. I just forgot that I was sitting out there. Otherwise everything else was well done. Thank you.
Always great experience with this provider. Caring, compassionate, attentive, very attentive.
I trust Dr. Savio, she is always helpful and caring.
I am frustrated with UTHealth's insistence that providers see patients who are taking SSRIs every 6 months. There is no medical indication for this frequency - a patient who is doing well on their meds and is healthy should not be subjected to an in-person office visit for SSRI medication treatment. This feels like a money grab on the part of UTHealth. I like and trust my provider a lot but I am reluctant to recommend UTHealth because it feels increasingly often like the medical decisions are being driven by profit motives rather than medical necessity. Every time I go in for an appointment it seems as if I'm being recommended a follow-up or a course of treatment that is clearly designed to extract as much money from insurance as possible (ie: in-person office visits which you can bill to my insurance rather than telehealth, which have a lower reimbursement rate; or low-value blood work that is not medically indicated). I encourage UTHealth to put patients first rather than seeking every opportunity to juice insurance reimbursements on plans that you know pay well.
The staff and the doctors were very good.
Gladis Savio provided an exceptional experience for me in her clinic. She's an incredibly knowledgeable and caring member of the UT team. Gladis, thanks for taking such good care of me!
