“I sincerely believe that I am alive today because of my fateful decision to see Dr. Golod on November 6, 2017, and the immediate action he took. I’ll never forget the concern he showed and am eternally grateful.” One Houstonian shares his experience on a pulmonary embolism.

I've been seeing Dr. Golod for a while now, and I can't express how grateful I am. He's an incredible doctor who genuinely cares about his patients. His prompt replies and encouragement to stay healthy make a huge difference. I'm so lucky to have him as my primary care physician!
The providers are extremely knowledgeable and professional. It is obvious that they care about my health.
Staff was polite/professional. Seen promptly. Got necessary future appointments/referrals. Thank you!!!
very pleases with my choice of medical practiontiers.
First time at this facility. Great waiting area, adequate parking, friendly staff.
Thank you.
Dr. Golod is a very good doctor. I am very happy with him.
Dr Golod is a great doctor . He has the patience and caring feelings . I would recommend he to all my family and friends . He's very knowledgeable and give me his full attention.
My husband and I have entrusted our health to Dr Golod and UT Physicians since 2017, when we moved to Texas. We plan on keeping it that way as long as we can.
Dr. Golod is da' bomb!
All was good
I wish he had done more than just listen to my heart.
Outstanding first visit
My doctor is fantastic. I feel like I known him forever. I couldn't ask for a better person to take care of me and quality. You should have more just like him and I'm sure there are.
Hi, this is [...] (INAUDIBLE). Everyone treated me as a unique person. I just messed up on the keypad on the phone. I don't know why the keypad didn't work, but it was a 10. Okay, thanks. Bye.
Quick, courteous & professional service by everyone.
The front desk was extremely rude to me. Both of the ladies in the front desk. One, of them was even smacking her gum so loudly it was harsh to hear. The day of my appointment one of them sarcastically said my name. The nurse was rude as well, she was not listening to me. Horrible bedside manners. I kindly asked them, if I can show them or email them the request that I had, including providing my lab results but instead they kept going back and forth with me. This situation should have been handled differently. However, I got treated unfairly by the two ladies in the front desk, very rude and the nurse that was waiting for me. The nurse later calls my surgeons office to confirm everything I been trying to ask them. She blames their office instead of taking accountability. The pcp is amazing. He actually listened to me. But the other 3 ladies made me feel incompetent. However, if only they would have listen and allow me to provide the request I needed, I strongly believe a lot of back and forth could have been avoided. Please suggest they communicate better with the patients. Unfortunately because of this. I will be seeking future care elsewhere. The goal is to always stay professional, and show care in the medical field. Kindly speak to the nurse as well. At the end of the visit, I walked out feeling horrible. Their actions made me feel less then. My son stayed in the waiting area and he heard them say. "It's all about the money" one of the ladies with glasses kept smacking her gum, and turning her back. Never ever have a I been treated this horrible. Clear as water that I am not welcome to your office
Dr, Golod was very professional taking time to listen to my concerns and catch up on my other doctor visits during the last year. He was up on most of the visits as they are linked to my UT network. He is a wonderful doctor for me and took all the time I needed to answer my questions fully. He is what I have always wanted for a personal doctor.
Very pleased with 1/30/2025 appointment.
I love everyone at this facility. I am treated as a person first then a patient. I have already recommended this location to my family.
Dr Golod and staff are wonderful and so caring! Thank you:)
Excellent service and very professional Dr. Golod.
Dr Golod is the greatest
I appreciate Dr George Golod's expertise and excellent medical care. Thank you.
The reception was very poor. This is the only hospital I have been to in this country where customer service was very poor. I was delayed for almost 2hours before I could see the doctor even after i made appointment online before going there. The attendants have no value for time. The physician himself was okay.
Dr. Golod is always really helpful, really friendly, he listens, he's the best doctor I've ever had, that's why I keep coming back. I recommend him all the time, he just makes you feel at ease and he makes you seem like he genuinely cares. He does a really good job, yeah he's great.
Dr Golod is a great doctor. So compassionate, friendly, knowledgeable. He really listens and explains everything so well. He is the best dr I have had in years!
Very punctual.
My son really liked the visit with Dr Golod. He checked on his well being and explained reasons for giving the shots.
I appreciate that an EKG was conducted to ensure my elevated heart rate was not cause for alarm. Additional guidance was provided for monitoring my heart rate.
