Dr. Konopka is probably one of the best doctors I've ever had and I went, I've been going to him now after a fall that broke my wrist. He's always been very understanding and very personable, very caring. I just think he's a great doctor. Thank you.

Dr Konopka is genial, caring and skillful. I drive 45' (if there's no traffic) to see him. The admin staff are not particularly personable, but this time I was fortunate to have a person who valued efficiency, though not smiles, attend me. It would be good to train MA's and staff not to refer to "we" when asking a patient about themselves. "When would we like our next appointment?" "How have we been feeling?" This is demeaning and disrespectful. Address the patient by his or her preferred name, look him or her in the eyes, and ask "How are you feeling today?" and "What would be most convenient day and time for your next appointment?" Other than Dr. K, eye contact and pleasant expressions are severely lacking. This comes off as callous and disinterested. MA's, PA's, and other clinical staff should introduce themselves and their position and maybe even say, "very nice to meet you", "looking forward to helping you" and/or "good to see you again" and use the patient's preferred name when greeting them in the waiting room.

First time visit with Dr KONOPKA, very pleased to have visited him and his team, David Diaz and Micaela Aguilar. Very organized team from surgeon to his assistants. Printout info of his 2 assistants and phone number was extremely helpful for questions after first visit. David and Micaela did call me back with inquiries. Am very happy to have found Dr Konopka.

The doctor, his medical assistant, and the Xray tech were wonderful. My daughter injured a 2nd finger after I'd made the appointment. When I explained that to the Xray tech, she immediately agreed that the Xray should be bilateral. The doctor was thorough and fantastic. I gave 6/10 as satisfied about being treated as an individual because the 2 people we interacted with first (the front desk lady and the staff who led us to the office) were cold and somewhat unpleasant. Fortunately the interactions with the doctor, his medical assistant, and Xray tech left me feeling that my daughter was well cared for.

We were so lucky to be able to be squeezed in on a Friday with the doctor, thanks to his assistant. The doctor had seen my husband before and he was wonderful and he remembered him and was just terrific with my husband's problem, and was able to solve it while we were there in the appointment and give us tips for the future. We just love this doctor and we'll be back. Thank you.
