Everything was great
We waited 2.5 hours for our appointment today and maybe had a 5 minute visit with the doctor unfortunately.
There was a lot of miscommunication between the doctor and the staff they confused me with another patient. The front desk clerk did not even asked what Dr did we see just assumed that was the doctor and try to schedule my son with a different doctor. Honestly I think the doctor knows what he's doing but I'm not sure about the staff.

Dr Navarro is the best doctor I have ever known. He treats his patients with sincere care and goes out of his way to help us . He is very knowledgeable in his area and takes time to explain issues in detail. He provides the best quality care and is an excellent doctor.
I have not been able to contact you again to schedule the analysis that the doctor ordered to be done.

The doctor and the nurses were excellent. They knew my child's health and took care of everything. The only issue I had was the front desk. I showed up for my appointment earlier. They said that they were not going to see me until the appointment time since it was like an hour ahead so I left. When I came back and told the doctor that I had been there earlier, he told me that I just, he would still have seen me if the front desk had let him know that I was there. So my only concern is the front desk, they were not kind or nice. When I left, I actually felt really bad. I don't know, the way she spoke to me, it just made me unwanted. So I didn't have any issues with the doctor. I love the doctor, I love the nurse, but the front desk needs to work on their
Dr. Navarro is always very attentive, always answering questions, and really patient with any questions that I might have, explain everything with detail. I feel very comfortable and very happy with his care.
The wait time was a bit long. 55 minutes before the doctor even came in. That was a bit inconvenient considering I make other appointments while in the medical center. Very disappointing

Hello, I'm the patient, or my son's the patient of Dr. Navarro. When Dr. Navarro moved from the Gessner Memorial Mall area to the International District, that was a big drive for my family. However, because he's such a great doctor, knowledgeable, has great bedtime manners, as they say, we decided to make that extra trip. Just please don't transfer him to another city in the state of Texas, because we would probably follow him. Anyways, the guy did a great job, just an extremely professional guy, very knowledgeable, and we want to keep him as long as we can.
