Awesome very very Thankful knees better than been in couple years !!
The UT staff and Dr. Meeks was very nice and helpful. The wait wasn't that long. I would recommend his services.
Had an MRI done they uploaded images and I didn't get to see them or got an explanation what had happened to my shoulder.
Dr. Meeks was great and spent time explaining my surgery and answered all my questions.
I was expecting a call to book surgery by end of day and that has not occurred. We didn't go over X-rays that were taken just MRI that I brought.
I'm very satisfied the care I receive. I would definitely give my recommendation.
It has been a great ordeal to get my arm repaired. Dr Meeks is definitely top quality as far as a surgeon.
The wait time situation is absolutely ridiculous. This is no good reason why a person with a 9:45am appointment time should still be in an exam room at 11:45am when there are two patients with a 10:45 and an 11:00am appointment. I waited 2 hours before being seen for 10 minutes. Two assistants mentioned that this is their normal routine. This is the first time in my life that I have ever gotten a phone call the day before my appointment to suggest that I bring a book or a kindle to read due to the wait times. I mentioned that I could arrive later if need to avoid this but was told, no, that I should still arrive at my regular appointment time and just expect a long wait. This is not a good time management system. It needs to be fixed or I may look elsewhere for treatment. This was unacceptable and very disappointing.
We were disappointed in the outcome. There was no clear diagnosis. The prescribed pill was ineffective. The therapy center he prescribed had a long wait time. So almost two weeks later, the pain hasn't improved much. We start therapy in two days.
Yes, I would like to say that Dr. Evan Meeks' decorum and professionalism was very good and I'd also like to say that Miss Lindsay Jackson was very professional and her level of compassion, care seems to show very clearly and I appreciate the decorum from everyone there. But Dr. Meeks and Miss Jackson, theirs definitely stood out. Thank you so much. Bye, bye.
I left my visit with options and information.. verification.
I didn't like the other dr and decided to give y'all another try and it was the same so I guess they all are trained to be like they are so I will not attend the clinic again
Dr. Meeks and his entire team go exceptionally above and they are a phenomenal team and I would definitely recommend them to anybody and have. They are awesome.
My experience was great I was treated with such concern empathy friendly and knowledgeable
The aftercare summary and care notes had action items that I never knew occurred until I read it. It was like a whole conversation took place when it didn't.
all the staff was so kind to my and my significant other as we were nervous going in as we didn't know the severity of his injury, they treated us like family with care.
Everything is great when Dr. Meeks and his staff are on site.
Thank you
My husband met with Dr.Meeks. He feels very comfortable with Dr.Meeks. He talked to him in terms he understood. And he appreciated the confidence the Dr. had while explaining his upcoming surgery. Thank you Dr. Meeks. You helped calm {...] anxiety and stress he has had just thinking about surgery. We are so glad we got referred to you.
Dr Meeks is one of the best doctors ever met. He is very caring and very knowledgeable i'm very lucky to have him as my doctor
I was seen a hour and forty minutes after my appointment time. Also I read the summary of my visit we didn't discuss some of the things in that much detail . I'm a female and he said "HE ".
Hello. The doctor, he didn't even check my knee. He just sit there, and talk to me for one minute, and then he left. He didn't even see my knee, that's where I'm having my pain.
Dr. Meeks was excellent. He listened, asked relevant questions, and answered all of my questions. He and his immediate staff explained my wait time and were accommodating. My only complaint is that I arrived for my appointment 15-20 minutes early as requested and was not told until 45 minutes after my appointment time by front desk staff that Dr. Meeks was running an hour behind. From the time I walked in to the time I left was over 2.5 hours. If I had been told about the delay when I checked in, I could have used my time appropriately and communicated my delay to the person who assisted me getting to the appointment. I ended up missing patient calls and had to work late due to being gone so long.
Dr Meeks is a great doctor and very knowledgeable about knee and ligament reconstruction surgery. He knows the policy and procedures for workman compensation which can be very challenging at times. Sometimes it is hard to get his office for the peer to peer communication which prolongs approvals and authorizations for certain procedures and therapy sessions.
Thank you.
Love Dr. Meeks, and Kim and Andrew, Lindsay and the whole team. It was good to see the pictures and hear his description of each one. Thanks to Dr. Meeks for his skill and expertise with surgery.
Dr. Meeks told me if I wanted to do the procedure on my left shoulder to let them know and the procedure could be done next week at the hospital. When his assistant returned to the room I told her I wanted it scheduled and she told me it would be after the first of next year. She said she would check with the hospital to see if it could be done sooner and I haven't heard from anyone.
Great assistance since I'm on crutches. Great at describing ongoing issues and methods for healing effectively
Perfectly fine, I loved the way he treated me.
One of the best providers and staff I've used in my lifetime.
