I had an emergency back issue and Dr Buchert was able to fit me in immediately. He met with me and gave me an excellent summary, understanding and treatment plan and I feel absolutely 100% comfortable with his capabilities and would recommend him without equivocation. Even more impressive - Dr Klineberg also came in to review the MRI and treatment plan and gave me assurance - answering any additional questions I had. I might add Dr Klineberg actually did back surgery on my wife in December and she is completely pain free and back to a normal life. Lastly - not only are the technically excellent medically speaking - but they also share an amazing bedside manner and genuine care for our health. Very special Doctor's.

This was an appointment to get a second opinion about an upcoming surgery. Both the PA and the Surgeon gave be a significant amount of new information that helped me to make a more informed decision about my future treatment choices.
Everyone was friendly & asked me questions about my pain.
I originally the day before went to see Dr. Incavo who has operated on my knees left and right for 10 years. After I went back to him because they were buckling with me, he informed me that there was nothing he could do. The next step is amputation. So I asked for his supervisor. Then he tells me I can see Klineberg the next day. I see them in the hallway talking. Then I walked back out of the bathroom and Klineberg is in the office. He told me exactly what Incavo did. No, there's nothing left. There's no brace we can give you. There's no nothing we can give you. The next step is amputation. That is why I think both of them need to be fired. I know Incavo finally resigned so that's a good thing there.

Dr Eric Klineberg is the best doctor and surgeon I have ever interacted with. His bedside manner is amazing, and he takes the time to listen to the patient and explains everything in an easy and understandable way. 10 stars on a 5 star scale.
I had an emotional visit to Dr. Klineberg and Gerald Buchert. My total knee replacement and subsequent problems with my back has literally been the challenge of my life the last 15 months. A mental and physical challenge. I actually cried, which as a proud man, seems almost incredible to me. After finding out that my EMG test would take 2 months to get, I emailed Jerry and said I need help. He emailed me back and said he would get help for me sooner. I again shed a tear. I want to thank him and Dr. Klieinberg as we figure out this horrendous problem I have, and so look forward to a better future.

Dr Klineberg and Dr Buchert are outstanding doctors. I am very satisfied with the outcome of my major surgery. I have no pain and have mobility. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. I have referred several of my friends to him.
Dr. Klineberg is an excellent doctor. I thought he would be able to see my MRI, CT, etc. records in my Houston Methodist MyChart. So it was my fault he didn't have all the information for my visit. I will bring the records to the office. Yet, he knew probably everything about my spine from the scan taken in the office. He is a kind, compassionate doctor that knows so much!!!!

I was very surprised and pleased by the knowledge of both the PA and the doctor. I was surprised especially by the knowledge and in-depth amount of time the PA spent with me. That's literally the best PA that I have ever encountered and my mother agreed as well, which made us really have high confidence in the doctor as well.
