Dr. Jones is a wonderful medical provider for our son. He's been there for our family since our son was born. He is very caring and listens to everything we have questions or concerns about. Dr. Jones speaks to us in a way we can understand all of the details. We all trust him 100%. Even though we have moved out of state, we drive to Houston specifically for Dr. Jones' expertise. It's worth driving every mile. We don't know what we'd do without him.
Very grateful even though I arrived a few minutes late, they attended to me quickly and were very kind and my baby received his consultation. Thank you to all the staff who assisted me.
Dr. Jones was amazing with our son. He was very nervous and Dr. Jones was very calm with him. We appreciate that so much. And the young lady at the front was amazing as well. We were running a little bit late, or my husband was with my son, and she was great to communicate to Dr. Jones' staff, and they waited until my son got there. And she was so accommodating, letting us know that there was absolutely no issues at all with us being a little bit late.

We love Dr jones and his staff. One thing I would say that needs to be addressed it the wait time which is always about an hour to be seen
All went very well
After waiting nearly 45 minutes, I asked what was going on. I was told it would be ANOTHER 30 minute wait?!?! Not ok for an 8:15 an appt where you walk in and your money is immediately collected. On the spot. Within 2 minutes of entering. And then you are not told of the wait. AT ALL. Not ok. The assistant said 4 people are scheduled every 15 minutes?! Not ok. Dr. Jones was wonderful. However, the staff should have communicated the very long wait. We didn't see the doctor until 9:35 for an 8:15 appt. Not ok. Something has to give. The staff needs to be trained to over-communicate and apologize to patients. Ryan was great. The assistant to Dr Jones asked if I wanted to reschedule, after being there almost an hour?!? What? No, I want to see the doctor immediately. I don't want to come back. But my money had been collected an hour prior. Not ok. How unprofessional and unapologetic. Who wants their time wasted? Everyone's time is just as valuable. Again, the staff needs training. And an honest look at the schedule needs to be taken. Again, Dr. Jones is wonderful. But we won't ever return to Sienna.
Dr Jones is the most thorough doctor we've ever dealt with! The staff are very kind as well.

Dr. Eric Jones and his nurse practitioner were so very nice. We really enjoyed talking with him. He told us everything we needed to know. Everyone was just cordial. I can't see anything that needs to be changed. And again, thank you, thank you, thank Dr. Jones. We really appreciate you.

Well experienced and promising
Wait time was short! Staff was very pleasant! Dr. Jones was knowledgeable about the problem and how to correct it. The follow up appointment scheduler provided many options until we found the perfect surgery date. My experience so far was a 10/10

I have since asked questions through the app and all ian getting is Dr Jones is at a surgery [...] I have asked for an referral ultrasound again and not getting any positive feedback. [...]

An excellent, very intelligent doctor.
I understand that Dr Jones had two surgical procedures early in the morning that threw off his schedule. But that still does not take away from the difficulties I experienced handling a 13-month-old child in the waiting room. Although I woke up at the crack of dawn and struggled mightily to drive down from The Woodlands to make my appointment on time at 10:00, which I did, the doctor did not see my child until hour and a half later from what was scheduled.
This was a second-opinion appointment for my child's recent diagnosis, and I felt more comfortable with Dr. Jones' approach, explanation, recommendations and overall manner than I had with a different provider we saw elsewhere. All of the staff members and supporting healthcare professionals were kind and thorough as well. My only frustration was the wait time, but I can overlook that for exceptional care. Thank you, Dr. Jones and team!
It felt like we were judged on the type of insurance we had instead of being told the facts about the procedure.
I drove over an hour for them to tell me they needed an ultrasound, which I feel like they should've known that before I got there it was a wasted appointment and trip
Shorter wait times
While the wait time was frustrating, we continue to love being a patient of Dr Jones. He has excellent bedside manner, always thoroughly explains things, and we always feel he has our best interest in mind. His nurses, [...] is excellent as well- she always responds so quickly and thoroughly to any questions and proactively gives me information I'll need. Very satisfied.
All clinical needs are in one place (x-rays/ lab). Excellent experience !!!

It was disappointing to learn during my child's follow up exam that my child needed a follow up procedure that could only be done at a particular location. Of course the appointment was made not at that particular location. I had to schedule another appointment just to complete the procedure which could have been done all at once. The physician mentioned I had been told this right after my child had surgery. That was 5 years ago. The person scheduling the follow up appointment should be aware of the standard follow up procedure in order to know how to properly inform the parent and properly schedule that particular appointment i.e. which location etc. That's an extra copay to pay and time out of work and school that could have been avoided.
I am satisfied.
It took us over an hour and a half to see the doctor between the outside and inside waiting, where they were estimating 30-45 mins. Need to do a better job of communicating delays and also trying to minimize delays. We didn't leave there until 2 hours after our original appointment time, which was frustrating. Otherwise, the doctor, resident doctor and nurse were all helpful and knowledgeable.
