everything excellent
I am grateful I was able to have her available to see me. Also how quickly she found out I had Covid. Also I am glad she took precautions to protect herself and others. I wore a mask because I was coughing and glad I did. The treatment for the Covid and sinus infection is working really well.
I did like Elizabeth Mathew on my visit I will find out more after my blood work results .
Great medical service. Always friendly and professional. Thanks
The wait time In the waiting time was long . It was already passed my appoitment time
Yes, she's a very good doctor and she did help me to understand the steps I need to take and I will refer her to anyone that have any problems. She's a very nice person.
In all of what I was doing at the Front Desk, the nurses and the Doctor were professionals. I have no complaints and I would gladly return to the same doctor and the same gentlemen as they treated me.
My experience with a nurse practitioner, Matthew, was great. I don't have a problem with that. I had a serious problem with my experience trying to draw blood at the CPL lab. I was treated horribly by one of the nurses there. She made some horrible comments about me being upset about the doctor and then taking it out on them. That's why they couldn't draw blood. I've never heard that kind of comment from any professional. I am wheelchair-bound and this was very offensive. We talked about it with the manager, Lisa. She was supposed to get back with us and she didn't.
From the Check-in, Nurse Assistant to Elizabeth Mathew APRN, everyone was so friendly and made me feel comfortable and heard.
She didn't mention she wanted me to see a Cardiologist.
Excellent care, excellent health care providers.
NP Mathew was excellent!
Everyone, greeted me warmly and informed of next steps.
Thank you
I'm 51 with assorted chronic conditions. I've had surgeries, hospital stays and met with lots of doctors/providers. I have never had a provider not listen - multiple times to different things, I was saying/asking, to this extent that I was shown during the appointment. The strangest being "how much water do you drink a day?" The question itself was fine. I answered truthfully "70-100 ounces a day, I track it". Literally I track it everyday in my fitness pal. Throughout the appointment she told me at least four more times to make sure that I drink lots of water. I corrected her one additional time and then realized it was futile. I'm aware of the importance of drinking water. I do it because it's a habit and it makes me feel good. I have no idea why me actually doing this activity was not believed to be truthful. I am giving grace because she isn't my normal provider, didn't know my history but despite that the visit was annoying, irritating, frustrating. I had to be forceful in the follow up because she still never addressed my issue despite lab results that confirmed my concern. I'm happy to have a discussion over the phone to discuss further.
The nurse that took me back was amazing. I cannot remember her name. I am back with names.
Thorough history and exam Explained situation well Thanks
Overall experience was absolutely amazing. She came in the room with me as her focus took her time with me made me comfortable to speak with and just showed caring concern.
Hi. I just wanted to say that I put in that no one communicated about my wait time as a no for that question. That wasn't exactly true. It was just that I think that the - when I'm filling out the form on my phone to check in, it was difficult to navigate and tell what to do next. So I got stuck for a little bit. And if that form changes a little bit, I feel like to make it clearer when exactly or which questions exactly to fill out, that's what I got hung up on. If it's possible to do that, then that would be great.
Saturdays are so helpful. Once you start to advertise Saturdays you'll be totally booked. No one likes taking off time from work to go to the doctor
Everything was perfect. I made a mistake at the beginning, it was two and a second, everything is perfect. I'm fine, okay, thank you.
Dr. Mathew is very compassionate & knowable in my care. Second time I've had the pleasure of being seen by her & I'm pleased with her care for me. She listens and shares information on my health.
No wait time at all, Everyone was respectful and professional. Very pleased about the visit.
First visit with Dr. Mathew and all went well and I was very pleased.
I would like to know how to treat my sickness and how I get the medication for it. What I was diagnosed with, the medication that you were treated with, and I was trying to see what do I do, who do I talk to to get treated. And no one told me how to treat it, and where I get the medication from.
I love Dr. ELIZABETH MATHEW! She is the best. She always makes me feel welcomed, cared and appreciated!
OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE
