Eliana Alonzo was very receptive to my needs and was very helpful to achieve a full recovery.

Very nice and accommodating. She answers all my questions and not rushing. I'm very happy to be seen and treated by her same with my primary care doctor. He is the best and very knowledgeable

Ms Alonzo was very knowledgeable and provided great advice for my health issues. She was very friendly and put me at ease with my visit. I enjoyed my visit very much.

I have so many questions due to my health. So she answered, she clarified all my doubts regarding my health and what are the necessary tests that I, the tests are done by the doctor.

She felt disgusted towards her job because I asked her about a problem and she put her gloves in. It's her job to examine and she couldn't even do that. She also stared at me for like 23 minutes, maybe examining me mental health wise, but it was creepy. She stared at me like a psychopath not even blinking. Why is she even there? I had to tell her my whole medical history because she was so oblivious of it.

Everyone was wonderful - front desk, MA, NP and the check out. Everyone was kind and thorough.

She explained everything, went over everything, and I understood everything.

PLEASE validate parking. It is so irritating to have to pay so much $ just to park for an appointment and to feel like I have to rush as each hour is more expensive. Other than that - loved the entire experience. Maria at the Front Desk was great also.

Eliana is so wonderful every time I see her! She is so thorough and explains every step of testing and treatment. I truly enjoy going to my visits because I know she will listen to my concerns and address them.

Deleon was great. I didn't have a wait time at all. I was actually early and she still seen me early. She answered all my questions even though I asked a lot of questions. She was very patient with me. She knew me through she walked in the room. I just absolutely love her. She's the best.

I thought my wait time get the injection was a little too long. But everything else was fine.

One thing is I know with questions to the portal, it can take up to two days, but I had a question about my prescription to Eliana, and I sent it yesterday evening, and I was hoping to get a response sometime today, but she never got back to me. It's a question about the usage of the prescription, which wasn't clear in her instructions to provide it. I had wished she had gotten back to me today so I could do...use the medicine properly. Anyways, that's my main concerns. All right. Bye.
