I was very pleased with my provider and the facility.
I am grateful because I don't speak English and I was treated well with respect and they found an interpreter to make my visit better. There is a lot of Hispanic community that needs people to help them when they visit their doctor. I am grateful.
Yes, it was a nice experience. Sandra, the nurse, was very nice. She was very informational and she was very funny. I really enjoyed it.
Short waiting time everyone was very nice
The front staff were very pushy about me making payments that were not related to this particular visit. The lady who checked seem to be mad due to me not making a payment that was not related to office visit.
Wait time was almost zero. Was in and out in almost no time at all. Provider had almost no information to offer.
I would like the doctor to speak Spanish so I can communicate better.
The doctor was very understanding and very helpful and the nurses involved were very understanding and very helpful and I'm looking forward to working with them.
I had some problems when signing in. Maybe it was my fault, because I didn't feel too good. Maybe it was just a misunderstanding. Who knows and it really doesn't matter. I was told to sign in and have a seat. I explained that if I sat down I wouldn't be getting up until the doctor called me in. In seemed like they were OK with that, but that wasn't the case.
This is the first time that I meet her Last year I had Dr Patnik. But I like her, she took time to listen to me. Was attentive to my care.
Bed side manners are important on your first visit

The IT department has obviously taken over this practice. The multiple reminders, requests, etc., etc are pervasive and annoying. Phone numbers are scarce and speaking with a live person is extremely difficult to do.
The Dr. and staff are wonderful, compationat, knowledge and caring. I would have liked a little guidance on diet change but I may have expected too much for a 1st visit.

I was disoriented and had to go out to ask the person at the entrance window before leaving the building to find out what I had to do with all the papers they gave me. She helped me.

Dr. Kanin was excellent, directions for care were clear and attention to my health issues totally focused.
She didn't even look at my tests. Didn't give me instructions on what I could or couldn't do (exercise, etc.) I felt like she was a rude person.
Everyone was friendly from the front desk to the people in the back.
Dr. Kanin is the type of professional you want to see because of her attention to both you and your health. She is one of the most knowledgeable and competent doctors I see (out of many).
