Eleanor M. Forbes is a board-certified nurse practitioner (NP) dedicated to caring for women as unique, amazing individuals living through different life stages and striving to ensure they can be the best version of themselves. Forbes specializes in pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, and genitourinary syndrome of menopause.
Outside of work, Forbes is a gearhead who likes to indulge in high-speed performance driving and watch Formula One racing. She is a passionate supporter of the Houston SaberCats rugby team. She loves her Corgi pup (she’s a diva) and her two fluffy cats.

I pay for each visit when I go in and I have all the receipts.. but I am tired of them charging me for a visit I never had ... Yes it is only $35.00 ... but when I came out the receptionist said I owed nothing... Try telling that to billing ... they will not listen to me ... also I was in a 12 week session and a I have paid them 11 times .. next week is #12 and I will pay them that co pay then... but they will insist on another payment...

E. Forbes, NP is excellent! If you could clone her that would be so awesome! She is on point and cares for her patients. I am so impressed with my follow ups with her, she goes over everything in detail. When I leave her office I feel my visit is complete . I must mention Rosemary who is also on top of it. She is very kind and caring in helping me get results from outside testing that was done. The staff at the office are top notch!
I found Dr. Forbes to be extremely engaging, informative and professional. I don't like doctor visits, but, she made thus one comfortable and fairly easy.

Eleanor Forbes has helped me understand my condition and how to manage it.
I really loved the care that Eleanor took when interacting with me. I appreciated that she asked if i was comfortable with someone being present to learn. The only drawback was that when i received my after visit summary, the date for past medical was wrong. I told the nurse I received essure coils in 2013 but it was listed as 2019. I called back to have it corrected but don't know if it was.
When I went to the doctor, she did a real good job.
I always feel important to this provider. She knows about my history and current situation, and she always asks about my great granddaughter by name!
I appreciate the time she took with me to explain in detail.
