Elaine Ly is a women’s health nurse practitioner who earned a doctorate in nursing practice from the University of South Alabama.
Ly began her nursing career as a labor and delivery nurse from 2012 to 2018, which gave her a strong foundation in general and specialized nursing care. As a nurse practitioner, Ly specializes in working with women on family planning, annual well-woman exams, and prenatal care.
Outside of work, Ly enjoys spending time with her husband and three sons, traveling, and attending her sons’ sports games.

I loved loved the lady who took my blood I was crying and she made me feel as comfortable as she could but I came here to get a second opinion and they pulled everything from my last doctor without even trying to see what was going on!!!
Well, I miss my old doctor, Dr. Heaps. He was the best, but I was very happy to be able to see his assistant. She has been there for many years, and even though I only go once a year, she still remembers me. She is my favorite.

What can be improved is if there is information during the ultrasound that should be given, all information should be given, especially if this patient is their first pregnancy, instead of the patient asking, and then now the patient has to go to the hospital to get checked for more. Just more information would like to be given during the ultrasound, if there is something concerning or something that's not regular.
I'm 37 and this was the best obgyn experience ever. From front desk, to my provider, to the amazing lady that drew my blood. I've already referred 2 women. Excellent customer service & efficiency!!

I really liked my nurse practitioner Elaine Ly. She was quick and explained what would be the next steps for my treatment. I've never met her so she didn't know my medical history but she made sure to check for any issues from the situation I was having with my body.

The provider was a nurse practitioner, which I appreciate means that they aren't necessarily a doctor yet. However, they seemed kind of iffy as to what they were saying, not as confident as they could be in the things that they were saying and the things that they were confident about. I didn't feel confident about just because it didn't seem to fit my background, like my medical background, history, medical history is what I mean. And they just could have been a little bit more friendly as well. That would have been nice.

The front desk staff lacks majorly on their communication. I waited over 40 minutes until I finally got up to ask what''s going on. No one let me know that my doctor had been running behind schedule due to a delivery earlier in the day. That would have been very helpful to get a heads up. Also, this was my appointment for the TDAP vaccine. NO ONE talked to me about the benefits or drawbacks of it! When I was given the paper to sign for the vaccine, among the statements on it was about a document that should've been given to me to read about the vaccine. I asked where is the document? They said "oh? Let me go get it" well yes! If I'm signing off that I was given info, I'd like to actually receive the info?!?
Elaine Ly is an exceptional DNP. She listened to my concerns and very interactive. We discuss about different treatments and what our next steps would be.
It was professional and all my questions were addressed medically.
Staff was very nice and attentive. I appreciate how patient the Nurse Practitioner was. She answered my questions and seemed genuinely concerned with my condition.
