I know she is good doctor I like how she treated me very good
she was very friendly
Very good experience, very grateful to the doctor and the medical staff who treated my daughter, they are excellent
The information that she gave me was the best information that any doctor could ever give you. She made eye contact, she did everything brilliant like I love her to death. So thank you for accepting [...] and taking care of him.
Gracia is a very kind doctor!
Providing parking information for the med center location would have been extremely helpful to avoid a 10 minute walk from the wrong parking garage.
This is [...]. The one thing that could be improved, the young man at the front desk, him and the young lady were very nice, but he seemed a little confused. The gentleman with glasses on the left-hand side. And the doctor wasn't going to be in Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, and I'm in severe pain up all night, so it's either 8 o'clock or 1. And then he started telling me it might be two weeks from then, and I was like "no, no, no, no no, the doctor said even if she has to overbook, will get me taken care of". So that kind of put me in a little bit of a panic, and I was fixing to cancel everything after spending hours of coming all the way over there and being highly recommended from another UT physician. So they need to understand there's some sick suffering and people in very, very bad pain. He got me taken care of, but then they said it might be a little bit of a wait, and I need to make sure the doctor will be there to see if I'm allergic to penicillin. That's my concern as well, so just I'm putting a lot of trust in them.
Not a great experience.
Truly, the best medical team and they treated me like family.
All good thanks
The staff and the student that was working up under her yesterday was remarkable. It was actually her and her energy. She came in, not knowing none of my child medical history that bothered me the most. I can understand if this was my child's first visit will UT, but she was born at Memorial Hospital and every doctor appointment has been a UT physicians since she was born and still up till now. She asked me who diagnosed her with asthma and at what age and did not know none of her medical history. In fact she didn't know her actual diagnosis period and that was mind boggling for me. The way she talks to you doesn't even make you feel comfortable talking to her, I actually felt more comfortable talking to the student. She proceeds to say why even give her the inhaler if she can't even do a breathing test?. If she would've actually looked her up and known her medical history she would've known that she uses the inhaler through a spacer and the doctor didn't know what a spacer was I had to explain that to her, she didn't even know the child has cerebral palsy and I just didn't understand how she didn't do any research about her medical history before she came in. The student knew more about my child than the actual doctor, and I would also like to change her doctor for this reason because even my daughter wasn't comfortable with her. When the student was listening to her heart and her back she was doing deep breaths, when the doctor actually tried to do it she wouldn't do it at all. Special needs kids sense things about people that we don't see and my daughter sense something about her because she wouldn't do the deep breaths for her and I even sensed the rudeness with her questioning. Maybe she's good for other people but as far as special needs kids, it's not one of her best categories. I was very disappointed and upset leaving that visit and would like to switch her to another doctor with UT for her allergies.
