I was worried to come to the facility since I was referred to maternal fetal medicine. The quality of care exceeded my expectations and everyone was very kind.
The sincere thought, time and effort put into this video visit meant so much!
Dr. Racusin is very thorough, one of the best OBGYN's and I highly recommend her. She's very knowledgeable, very friendly, and I trust her 100%. Great work.
Dr. Racusin is very knowledgeable, friendly and personable!!! I would highly recommend her to anyone.
The wait times are exceptionally long. This needs to be taken extra attention to provide timely update with lesser wait times.
Dr. Racusin and her staff are fabulous. Thorough, knowledgeable. I trust them completely.
From the people directing me to the right place in the hallways, to the front desk staff, US tech, medical assistants, NP, MD and the lab staff, I was treated like a Queen. An absolute great experience from beginning to end. All the women in the waiting area all had smiles on their faces, so I know they are getting the same royal treatment. Dr Racusin is an amazingly warm human who made me feel at ease. Her confidence made me more confident.
The registry of medications flaw in your system needs correction. Each time I come there are over 100 different medication there some I have never even taken but I have been prescribed and never filled the prescription each time I ask for all of these to be removed and when I show up for my next appointment all of the medication's are under my file again. The front desk lady is on her cell phone on personal call while we were waiting for her to finish the last time we came. This time didn't have the appointment information correct for my ultrasound upsetting me before my appointment and necessarily just to find out that everything was scheduled already and it was fine. The disorganization is concerning. I have a Port and three doctors appointments ago. Dr. Racusin recommended that I meet with the surgical staff in the event that I need a last-minute C-section & they would provide information or set this up so we are not scrambling last minute. My port is located at a place that they would cut into it. If they had to do a C-section. This is the third appointment and we are still asking each time, and waiting & not had any follow up on meeting with the surgery center doctors. We also had a very large tall man 6'5 that was waiting in the room prior to one of my ultrasound appointments we were not given any notice, and understood that he was a student. We asked for him to be dismissed from the room so that we could have our privacy. I would consider making a change if I weren't so far along in my pregnancy.
