I am very happy with the care provided by my doctor. Although I must say that we are not finished yet, and I must return to see the results and receive recommendations. She was very kind to me and the medical assistant too.

Doctor visit started1 hour late. Should do a better job planning schedule realizing patient's time is valuable also.

The office provided a handout with important contacts and department information. The appointment went very well providing updates and she accessed my hospital bloodwork. She authorized additional lab work to collect current data. She is very helpful in making suggestions for improving my kidney function.

Each visit to The Doctors in the building, why do I wait more than 30mins in the exam room before the Doctors come in?

Our appointment was 8:30am. Had to wait over 30mins & alerted the Nurses' station of the delay. Was informed there were 2 patients ahead of us. Perhaps, our appointment should have been at 9am? Or, have her Fellow show up at the appointed time of 8:30am?
