I trust Dr Waguespack with my health issues. She and her staff listen, answer my questions, help me understand technical/medical jargon, and are caring. I normally wait for my visit in the waiting room for 10-15 min typically, but I checked in and was ushered immediately back to patient room! That's a first for me. I did not wait one minute for Dr or her staff to take care of me. They were in and out like clockwork. That's refreshing and surprising.

I am very happy with the care provided by my doctor. Although I must say that we are not finished yet, and I must return to see the results and receive recommendations. She was very kind to me and the medical assistant too.

Doctor visit started1 hour late. Should do a better job planning schedule realizing patient's time is valuable also.

The office provided a handout with important contacts and department information. The appointment went very well providing updates and she accessed my hospital bloodwork. She authorized additional lab work to collect current data. She is very helpful in making suggestions for improving my kidney function.

Each visit to The Doctors in the building, why do I wait more than 30mins in the exam room before the Doctors come in?
