Chelsea is a wonderful nurse
It was my first visit. I told my how well I was treated.
Dr Verma is the best! His staff is super friendly and kind and helpful.
I was able to see the doctor quickly when I contacted the portal to request a visit. I appreciate that.
Dr. Verma and his nurse were very friendly and helpful. Look forward to continuing to work with them.
Too busy. Hard to get in and when you are in, it's a rush. Provider does not have any available appointments until January. Try to schedule a follow up in October and they did not have a schedule on hand. Been with this Gastroenterologist for over a year And had two urgent care visits. Doctor was not ever able to schedule me in at a reasonable time. I'm sure the doctors very knowledgeable, but the bedside manner is not the best.
Overall it went very well l was very happy with the progress we made. I think Dr.Verma did an excellent job.
Dr Verma, [...] and all the staff are fabulous!
I felt my treatment was canceled (a colonoscopy) due to my Insurance Carrier. Regardless of my insurance coverage I should have been scheduled a colonoscopy to ensure my health. Now I feel that due to the type of insurance I have the Dcotor denied me service and preventative care due my insurance coverage. He never articulated that but rather said I could wait 10 years from the last colonoscopy procedure.
I wish my provider had listened to me about needing a specific specialty pharmacy for cost reasons. I don't feel like my voice was heard when I asked about using a specific compounding pharmacy.
Thank you
