Dennis Dinh did excellent in answering questions & was very knowledgeable.

I did not have a great experience at the cypress office. Here I felt seen and heard. I wish I had gotten the name of the gentleman who took my x-rays because he made me smile. Luis who put my new split on was amazing! The split at cypress was terrible and ill fitting. He made me laugh and smile and was kind. Dennis went through the procedure with me but I did forget to ask about the pain on the side where the screws won't be going but I will ask tomorrow. I spoke with Christina this morning about my disability paperwork and she was informative and polite. The surgery prep lady was also kind. I want to thank everyone who helped me yesterday.

Excellent service

I replied NO to question about wait time bc receptionist said "we'll be right with you and my wait (as usual) was exceptionally brief. Very rarely have I ever had to wait more than a few minutes. Scheduling seems to be a very accurate, well-oiled machine!

I had a consultation with him to rule out surgery on my toe. I was thankful that he stated that I would not have to have surgery. But fact is I have a fractured 4th digit toe on my right foot. The Np from urgent care prescribed meloxican one pill daily. I am in pain constant pain. He never even offered me anything for pain and it's a fracture. Thrombing pain. Unreal. I am a nurse and on my feet 12 hours a shift.

This was first visit to the facility, since I'm away from home working. Just to compare this facility and the personal to other facilities I've visited due to being away from my family doctors at home this facility ranks at the top. Great place easy to get to and everything was in great condition, clean in all areas. The staff including everyone was just superb.

Registration was smooth and the appointment went very well.

I have had the best experience with the gentleman name, Luis. He works in the casting department. What knowledge he has, the patience and perfection he performs. I truly wouldn't know what to do without his experience. Hats off to Luis and Dr. McGarvey.

I have had steroid shots before. My knee hurt worse after this time than when I went in. Will not be going back to this guy. Taylor is AWSOME!!

We have never been disappointed with our care. We have been a patient of Dr. McGarvey for 25 years. He is the best. Dennis is also very good we feel very secure in his care.

Spectacular

I traveled from Louisiana to Texas and was totally disappointed with the care provided by the provider. I didn't feel confident when I left there regarding my discharge instructions. Have a great day. Everyone else, on the other hand, was excellent and provided extremely excellent care, very thorough in their instructions. Thank you.

They ask you to echeck on line, however when you arrive, they ask you to fill out the same paperwork. It should be one ate the other.

The doctor and nurse explained everything that I need to know and very nice.

After Dennis examined me, I had a bright red swelling of my ankle and the skin area right above my ankle, bright red. And yet, he treated it as if it was something normal or go away. Maybe it was wrapped too tight. But the next day, I'm at the physical therapy and they look at it and they say it's dangerously red still, especially compared to my normal ankle on the other foot. So they took pictures, sent to Dennis's office or Garvey's office, and I didn't hear a single word back. That was Thursday afternoon or Friday about how to treat this bright red swollen lower ankle on my right side. What do I do? What do I put on it? Is it okay? I thought it would go away just because it was wrapped for eight days straight. I don't know. I still don't have an answer. That would be.
