She checked my ear and gave me ear drops to loosen up some ear wax stuck on my eardrum . She made me another appt to try to get rid of the ear wax

I really liked the provider. She explained everything very well. The only bad thing was the receptionist. She did not communicate well. She was not very friendly. I know it was a Monday morning, so she might have just been having a bad day. Other than that, everything was perfect.
I really was impressed with my ENT doctor. I usually go downtown to see Dr. Yuksel but decided to use the ENT doctor on Astoria instead. She knew all of my history and took the time to answer all my questions. She was easy to talk to and I will follow up in a month.

The first answers that I gave were incorrect. They were definitely all positive results, the highest score. And I emailed Dr. Zebda, or I called her, and she answered me in an email, very good bedside manner. I would definitely recommend her.
Dr. Zebda was extremely professional, very gentle, I had three separate issues she handled every single one of them, did not make me feel rushed ever and answered all my questions.
I really liked the attention they gave me and the nurse translated everything the doctor said and was very patient and kind at all times.
It was fast and efficient the staff was really nice except for the lady who called me back. She doesn't have a personality to be working with the public . Didn't like her attitude at all and I certainly don't want her service if there is a next time.

Dr. Denna Zebda was good. She expertly suctioned out my ear plug. It was deeply gratifying. I recommend her to anyone w/ an ear problem, like my Mother.
This was my first visit at that particular office and everybody from the front door all the way through everything was lovely. They were all very courteous and very helpful. Enjoyed my visit there.
