Well pleased with my care
She is a good doctor
At checkout, the center lady was playing a video game on her phone while I waited in line. I also found the casual way she was dressed to be unprofessional. Physician was fabulous.

This was my first visit to Dr. Zebda's office. Everything went well. I won't hesitate to see her again should any ENT issue arise.

Dr. Zebda is a blessing! She has single-handedly taken care of me where previously 10 years I suffered with nothing but oral antibiotics from other doctors. She is a microcosm of what it's like to be really really great at what you do.
I've been going to this location for more than ten years. They make me feel confident I'm in good hands in continuing care for my ears. If I have anything negative to say - it would be please continue to serve patients at this location, staffed with kind and courteous assistants and DON'T LEAVE. I'll go on to say the person scheduling my appointments and checking me out is as nice as a person can be. The doctors take time with you and discuss any of my questions and/or concerns.

She checked my ear and gave me ear drops to loosen up some ear wax stuck on my eardrum . She made me another appt to try to get rid of the ear wax

I really liked the provider. She explained everything very well. The only bad thing was the receptionist. She did not communicate well. She was not very friendly. I know it was a Monday morning, so she might have just been having a bad day. Other than that, everything was perfect.
I really was impressed with my ENT doctor. I usually go downtown to see Dr. Yuksel but decided to use the ENT doctor on Astoria instead. She knew all of my history and took the time to answer all my questions. She was easy to talk to and I will follow up in a month.
