This was out first time with this practice due to insurance change. Dr. Brown was awesome. She knew all my daughter's history prior to the visit. She was kind and nice to us and treated my daughter like she was not a patient. My daughter was at ease with Dr. Brown. As for the staff, they were approachable and nice too. The Laboratory Ms. [...] was awesome too. Made my daughter at ease (even though she was crying) while drawing her blood. And she got her blood with one poke. My daughter is usually a hardstick. Overall was happy with out visit!
Dr. Brown put my son's fears to rest and listened with empathy. Her nurse, [...], has always been easy to reach and quick to respond.
