Every thing about my visit was GREAT...except I failed to get results from the right hand issue, but I sent a message to Dr. Smith and he quickly replied with what I needed. So overall everything was taken care of regarding my visit. On a scale of 1 - 10 EVERYONE was a 10!

It is an organized and effective practice, everything moved smoothly along from making and confirming appointments, to checking in. Dr. Smith explained my condition and offered options to treatment. Lastly, it is amazing how the summary appears on my chart so that my family and I can review the treatment plan. I have full confidence in Dr. Smith and his staff.

Wait time was very brief. The office was appropriate in waiting area. Staff was pleasant and efficient. Dr. Dean has a winning personality and he also is very appropriate and measured in his opinions, or at least as far as my case was concerned. He was neither trying to push me into a minor surgery operation or to dissuade me from it. He gave me good feedback all the way around. So I'm very happy with the encounter, both with him and with staff and with the facilities, which I also would add are very close to our home. Thanks very much and thanks to Dr. Dean and his people. Bye.

We communicated well because my doctor had originally called his office and talked to him personally. So her calling, talking to him personally, let him more understand my case. I was extremely pleased with the way the two of them interacted and worked together to solve my problems.

Mar 6, 2025

Yes, I really like the doctor and you know first I had the x-rays and x-rays were you know very good and they did it and after that I had to have a meeting with a doctor and he checked my thumb and everything and it was really good. I have been recommended this doctor to other people too. Thanks.

Great doctor. Unfortunately, the infected area was not aggressively lanced to get enough infection out to test Infection. The hand doctor needed the results. Though, I was sent A notification through the portal that my results of my incision had been completed, the portal was empty. When I called about it, they were telling me that they didn't see that in the portal. Despite me getting the message twice. Also, I'm not understanding why that was not a test done on the fluid, as long as I've been dealing with this. And the hand specialist was also confused to why the drainage was not sent to the lab. The tiny pin pushed under the cuticle was not suffice

This doctor spends as much time as he needs with you unlike some doctors that seem to be in such a rush. He is also kind and caring. I wish more doctors were as professional as he is.

I was very happy because Doctor Smith explain everything about my wrist and future therapy and possible surgery. I felt a lot of anxiety before not knowing what was going on with my wrist and after I spoke to him. I was relief after he explain to me about the problems and the next step. I feel relief!
