Dr. Smith's medical assistant was very helpful. She gave us great practical tips for recovering from surgery.

They need to find out what the patient wants first and see if there are other ways to do it before suggesting surgery right away.

Jessica is an amazing MA. She's always friendly and cares about me as a patient. I can't remember who checked me in, she is the first receptionist on the right when you check in. She was very friendly and has a great smile. I believe the person who checked me out was Tanisha? She was just as amazing as well. She let me know she was on the phone and would help me as soon as she could. She was friendly and had a awesome smile.

Support personnel and assistance were very professional and very helpful. Dr. Dean provided a very good explanation of my problem and possible solutions, provided options for treatment or surgery and the advantages of each. He also made a diagram explaining details regarding possible surgery. I would highly recommend Dr. Dean Smith.

I had been a patient of Dr. SMITH when he had a private practice. I was refered to him by another ortho doc due to special hand/wrist needs after a motorcycle accident. So I have a lot of confidence in him. He also worked on my wife's shoulder. So when I developed more hand issues, I knew who I wanted to see.

Every thing about my visit was GREAT...except I failed to get results from the right hand issue, but I sent a message to Dr. Smith and he quickly replied with what I needed. So overall everything was taken care of regarding my visit. On a scale of 1 - 10 EVERYONE was a 10!

It is an organized and effective practice, everything moved smoothly along from making and confirming appointments, to checking in. Dr. Smith explained my condition and offered options to treatment. Lastly, it is amazing how the summary appears on my chart so that my family and I can review the treatment plan. I have full confidence in Dr. Smith and his staff.

Everyone was very professional and I was treated kindly and in a very quick manner. The facility was convenient and everyone treated me as if I was a valued person.

Wait time was very brief. The office was appropriate in waiting area. Staff was pleasant and efficient. Dr. Dean has a winning personality and he also is very appropriate and measured in his opinions, or at least as far as my case was concerned. He was neither trying to push me into a minor surgery operation or to dissuade me from it. He gave me good feedback all the way around. So I'm very happy with the encounter, both with him and with staff and with the facilities, which I also would add are very close to our home. Thanks very much and thanks to Dr. Dean and his people. Bye.

Dr. Dean Smith is a fantastic physician and I trust him implicity with my care

We communicated well because my doctor had originally called his office and talked to him personally. So her calling, talking to him personally, let him more understand my case. I was extremely pleased with the way the two of them interacted and worked together to solve my problems.

I had very little wait time and Dr. Smith recognized me from my visit a year earlier. At first I was not sure about not having a break in my arm but after these few days it seems he must be right!! Thank goodness!!
