David A. Crumbie, MD, is a board-certified and fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine with an emphasis on injuries of the shoulder and knee. He’s the assistant team physician for the NBA Houston Rockets, University of Houston athletics, and several high schools in the Greater Houston area.
Crumbie is an assistant professor in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston.
He’s certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and a member of several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and the American Orthopedic Society for Sports Medicine.

Every thing was good
1:45 minutes was to long to wait. The Dr office didn't explain . The Dr explained when he came in.
The entire staff made me feel like I was part of the team. Very professional, very prompt, very detailed.
Everything was fine except when you try to communicate with there medical associates they do not call you back.
The overall services were exemplary and I really appreciate it.
Staff was friendly, clean environment. Wait time was roughly 20-30min before being seen by the doctor. Overall satisfied.

The most important thing was Dr. Crumbie was very, very friendly, helpful, incisive, eased me into what tragedy I'm facing [...]. But his knowledge, just explaining it through and through, and it kind of put me at ease because I'm a very outgoing, moving person, athletic, and he reassured me over and over, okay, I'll be able to play golf, I'll be able to do this and ride my Harleys, and nothing will be wrong, but I have to pay attention to the words coming out of his mouth about my PT and stuff because he talked to Dr. [...], who's my orthopedic surgeon, and I'm not a guy that lays around. The doctor explained my condition to me and that I would not need surgery to resolve the problem.
