First time to see Daniel. Made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions..
The wait time was very short. As soon as I signed in, I was seen within the next five minutes. The entire team was very kind and professional. The facility was very clean and organized. Dr. Daniel is great at his profession. He was able to get me the correct medication I needed after seeing my x-rays from another urgent care that's not affiliated with UTHealth Houston. My overall experience at UTHealth Houston was fantastic! I was able to walk away with confidence knowing I'm truly getting the care and help I needed. I would like to thank everyone there for making my experience there great! Thanks again!
Ladies in front deck did excellent job getting signed up and inn fast. Also the nurse that checks you out before dr go's inn also did excellent job and as usual Dr Daniel also did excellent so I was very please of the vist today

No Call From An ENT FACILITY For Which I Was To Be Referred. I Called & Got An Appt Texas ENT & Allergy In Webster Tx
Simply outstanding service! This location is a role model for real medical care.
I've been going to this office for 20 years. always a long wait. but this time everything was timed perfectly. I understand visits are personalized and can never estimate. good job...
Daniel is a very smart competent doctor.
Thank you!
There was no wait time. Daniel Toussaint has seen me before and has always taken care of my needs. He's a good provider.
I brought my mother-in-law in to see Daniel Toussaint. He was so kind and listened very well. He took his time and we felt like we left the office with good information. He was thorough and we wouldn't hesitate to see him again!
I like to mention how good job Karen did I do really appreciate her good care.
I was very pleased with my PA, my first time meeting him. Great bedside manner and informative. Thank you.
Only place I'd recommend
Yes, Edgar MA was very professional and guided me well to be prepared for my visit with Daniel,APRN . who is awesome, caring and very knowledgeable
He was very professional and treated my ear problem effectively And I was very satisfied with the out come. I wouldn't hesitate to see him again. .
My experience was horrible, but what was worse is I asked them to send me meds to HEB but they sent it to a Walgreens that was a good drive from my home. I asked them to correct it but when I went to pick up my meds from HEB they couldn't find it. I called and Walgreens had it. I told the doctor that I had a horrible headache and felt dizzy but yet I had to make that drive because they didn't listen. Not to mention - I advised that my chest hurt. That was never addressed. He never gave me advice on what to do. I literally sat in my car and cried because I feel like I wasn't taking seriously. Because of this I am going to another doctor I was referred to by a friend after venting to her.
My appointment was Friday afternoon. My prescription was called into the pharmacy. After waiting for sometime, I finally called the pharmacy and found that they were trying to get in touch with the Daniel regarding questions about his directions for my Azithromycin directions/dosage. I called the UT Physicians after-hours number and the on-call Physician finally got in touch with Daniel and they filled my prescription per his instructions (250 mg Azithromycin; 2 pills for the first day and 1 pill for the following 3 days - 5 pills total). According to my past knowledge and research, this is not a standard dosage for Azithromycin (it should be 6 pills; 2 on day 1 and 1 for the following 4 days). I had to go through a lot of trouble to make sure I started my antibiotic over the weekend; otherwise I may have had to wait until Monday before the pharmacy got their clarification. But, I still only got 5 pills not 6. The best thing would be for doctors to prescribe the standard dospak and avoid the confusion altogether. Misdosing antibiotics can also lead to antibiotic resistant strains of bacteria.
I appreciate being seen on this short notice. I would certainly seen him again if needed. Thanks
Daniel was very caring and helpful.
Daniel does fantastic job each visit
I am in the hospital with pneumonia. We needed to be more aggressive. When I called the nurse to let her know my symptoms were worse, she said she would tell him. I didn't get a call back till Friday but, I was already being admitted to the hospital.
As in the past, the staff at the front desk, nurse, doctor and at the checkout desk are all great.
I trust Daniel Toussaint and his staff to understand my conditions, concerns about side effects, and acceptable and effective treatment options.
