I spent a considerable amount of time completing the online forms before my first appointment, providing my medical history and a list of medications. However, when I arrived, I was given two pages that asked for the same information again. When I pointed out that I had already submitted this information online, I was told that the questions were different and needed to be answered. However, they were the same questions regarding my medical history and medications. I do not appreciate having to fill out unnecessary duplicate paperwork.

I would have liked to receive more information about the wait time. The wait time was not bad. It was just not communicated. Everything else was excellent.
Dr. Miles explained the procedure that my mother was to receive. He checked on her afterwards and was very pleasant and explained the next steps.

With the pain I've been dealing with, they saw me quickly and I felt that I would soon get some definite answers. I now onky wait to have a scan done for those answers. Pain making it difficult to walk, especially when I am working. So it has been hard. Hopefully soon

You can improve on answering the phone in the office. As far as the doctor, great.
Every employee I talked to on the phone was very good, very on top of things. Dr. Miles was excellent. I absolutely loved him.
