She is excellent!

Dr. Giza is very knowledgeable and caring, and I am very happy to have her as my doctor. If I had to imagine my idea of the perfect doctor for me, all of the qualifications would lead to her.

This facility is always clean.

This was my first visit with Dr. Giza and she was very, very helpful and I will have her as my internist. She will see me again, okay? Even though I had to go to a cardiologist and I'll have to have surgery with my Dr. Solomon, my internist will be over there at UTMB. Thank you.

I wasn't sure about the video visit with Dr. Giza, but after we got going, it was absolutely delightful. She's a lovely person. She's an excellent doctor. We talked about anything and everything that came to my mind that I needed to discuss with her. She was thorough with her answers, gave me different options on things that had options. I just really liked her. I was really surprised how well she came across. I almost felt like we were in the office together. It was really good.

From the beginning, this group of healthcare providers went above and beyond to schedule an appointment within a timely manner. The scheduler was so very patient, kind, and caring. Once the appointment was scheduled and we (my elderly mother and I), arrived at the facility, we were greeted with smiling faces, efficiency, and competency. After my mother was checked in, a very sweet patient care assistant took her back to get some health information and vitals. While he was caring for my mother, the nurse manager introduced herself to me and provided wonderful information about how to contact them in various ways for different needs. Then we met Dr. Giza. She is a Godsend! She is kind, compassionate, thorough, and has seemingly endless patience. Her bedside manner and clinical expertise were extremely impressive! She made my 81 year old mother feel seen, heard, and validated! Dr. Giza ordered labs for my mother. My mom is terrified of needles, but she raved about how fantastic the phlebotomist was. Checking out was a breeze! Also, this is not located in the Texas Medical Center. As someone who works in the Texas Medical Center, I cannot adequately express how much easier it is to get in and out of the UT Physicians facility. Another plus is that the parking is extremely convenient and free of charge! I cannot recommend this facility and Dr. Giza more! Impressed and grateful!!!

Dr. Giza called me to ask me to come in to review my results, which no doctor has ever done for me. And she knows very well and follows up with all the issues that I've ever brought to her. I really appreciate Dr. Giza and I'm thankful for her care. She is wonderful. Thank you.

I checked-in online via My Chart. I checked-in at the walk-up computer in the waiting room. Then, someone came out, called my name and looked around since the computer in the back were not showing that I was checked in. Then I had to walk to the check in desk to check-in again. 3rd time. A bit excessive. Loooooooong wait.

Dr Giza is awesome! I switched to her after going with my husband to his appointments with her. She's very thorough, takes time with you, and communicates well. We totally trust her and appreciate her.
