I'm honestly not happy with having multiple new doctors. I rather have someone who's familiar with my history and knows what to do instead of having to explain over and over again and my concerns being half way met. I prefer doctor Ha Nguyen who is my original doctor and actually listened and addressed all my concerns in previous care and knows exactly how to handle my pregnancy concerns.
Thank you
I did not get what I came to the Dr for. I also didn't see the actual physician that I had the appointment with. I went in for a Well Womsn examination with STD testing and I didn't get the cervical cancer screening swab or Hpv testing. The doctor stated she didn't know I was there for a Well Woman exam and only proceeded to do a breast exam. The whole office visit was awkward and uneasy. I feel I didn't get the care I needed.
Miss Courtney was very knowledgeable and I was very comfortable discussing my health information with her
They were very kind and patient with me.
All wonderful.
Courtney was very wonderful, helpful, professional and friendly. She stepped in to help my primary obgyn [...] who was running late. [...] is also very wonderful and I am very happy that she is my doctor. I just wanted to note that usually I have a longer wait time to see her, at least 45 minutes to an hour past my scheduled appointment time. I notice that patients waiting for other doctors don't always seem to wait quite as long, some are seen right away. And this time I did accept to see Courtney to help out Dr. [...]'s team. I am not sure how often this occurs. I just wanted to make you aware of this, I'm not sure if a larger facility/space would be available to help such a large team work efficiently in the future but I feel they would deserve it. I love my doctor and again her team is very wonderful and always do their best, each time I visit the waiting room is at full capacity. As a potential new mom I would hope everyone could get time to see their doctor. Thanks!
It was amazing
[...], the office receptionist, was kind and helpful. Courtney Dickens, NP, whom I saw as my practitioner, was kind, sensitive, and gentle, making me feel safe and secure. [...], the office's medical assistant, could not have been more lovely. It was an excellent experience. I was very happy with my exam and level of care. The bedside manner of the office team was second to none.
She is the kindest nurse I've ever had in my life. She explained everything to me thoroughly. She took real good care of me.
I was referred to see Dr. Dickens for my first time and I was amazed with her. I felt as if I had already known her & been a patient with her before. She listened to me, and addressed all of my questions and concerns. If I wasn't moving states, I wish she could have been my doctor longer
Courtney Dickens was a phenomenal physician. She was extremely patient and knowledgeable. She not only listened to my concerns, but was also patient and nurturing. I hope to continue to be seen by her through out my pregnancy. I am a person of great discernment and her personality exemplifies a kind and prestigious person.
I would like that they have a Spanish speaking line when we call, as we are unable to communication on the phone due to the language barrier.
Hi, dear. Courtney was amazing. She was thorough and pleasant and positive and really made me feel at ease, even as a woman doctor. I really enjoyed her and will give her name to other people that I know. Thank you.
Everything was perfect quick and efficient
Courtney Dickens was amazing
I had a really good experience with Courtney. I was actually a little disappointed that the doctor hadn't arrived yet because I got up early for this appointment. She was very friendly, she listened to me, and she did way more than what I initially scheduled my visit for.
The provider that saw me this last appointment was great she was very positive and well educated on what she was telling me and made me feel very great at this appointment.
She was very sympathetic to my miscarriage and really cared about the steps needed to get me better and go from here on what needs to be done. The student in the room did really well on taking notes on all my medical history. He did really well to hearing my concerns as well and get them addressed.
The team and nurse practitioner Dickens were very friendly and attentive with be during the visit.
Dr. Dickens was awesome. My first time seeing her, she listened to me. She learned a little bit about me, about my health, and she was awesome. I just loved the way she treated me, explained everything to me in detail. I would totally recommend her. Thank you.
Everyone was awesome
Bothe the dr and nurse was super friendly, opened, suggestive and non judgmental. Treated me with kindness and respect and I must say this is the first on/gyn that's actually made me feel very comfortable!
I discussed my issue, had a well woman examine & was supposed to have a urine analysis. The lab was closed. Courtney said that if it was normal she could prescribe a vaginal hormone. Then she said that I would have to have a return visit for the Rx. WHY? This is frustrating. Why do I have to return & pay for another visit?
