Dr Comfort Ughanze and her staff are always professional, courteous, and kind. They create a welcoming environment where I feel heard and respected, without any judgment. Every visit is a pleasant experience because they truly listen and provide excellent care.

This was my first with this provider . The staff , the nurses and the doctor were very nice . The atmosphere was very calm and peaceful . Dr Ughanze and her assistant Nicky made me feel like I could trust them with my healthcare . I will be back .
The guest service was super friendly and quick, i really felt welcomed and comfortable. I was a little late and everyone was still able to assist me in a fast and timely manner. Nothing felt rushed and everyone was very knowledgeable. I trust the people with my soul!!

From the moment I walked in to when I left, everybody treated me with such kindness and care. I walked in there nervous, a nervous wreck, and they put me at ease. I would definitely recommend you guys to everybody that I know, which I already started to. I already told my sister and my mom, and those are people that I genuinely care about. So I would not be sending them to someone that I don't think that they're great. So I appreciate everybody there, and they went above and beyond.

After my appointment, while I was waiting for my blood work downstairs, I remembered I had a question and I got the email that if I had any questions, I could send an email through the portal. And I sent a question, I got an immediate response. My request was sent over to Dr. Comfort and my issue was addressed by her. I feel like within less than an hour, so I, you know, I think that was really, really, really good because before I even got my blood work, you know, they were able to address my concern swiftly. And I appreciate that, even though I forgot and my appointment was already over, but they still accommodated me. I appreciate that.
The physician was great. The receptionist at the physician's office was very friendly, very informative, very helpful. The billing department was less than friendly, quite rude, made some accusations and billed me when I had insurance. I was not happy.

I love Dr. Ughanze! I feel very comfortable and seen during our visits. She recently stopped working out of the office I was seeing her at and I had a choice to move to another provider... that was not an option for me! She is amazing and I really appreciate the excellence that she and her staff operate in.
