The supervising doctor didn't seem interested in being there or talking to us at all, I tried to say certain things and he would just talk over me, we didn't go over any of the babies needs or what to look after with his vaccines. I just prefer not to have this doctor again.

I was disappointed that I drove all the way for a doctor to tell me that I can give my daughter honey for her persistent cough, high fever which I explained that it has been going on for 3 days. He could atleast have ordered an X-ray of her chest to rule out any infection that is causing the symptoms but he didn't. My daughter is special needs with very limited speech so when she's sick, I have to take it serious before anything escalates with her health. She became more sick that day and I took her to Memorial Hermann Urgent care, she had a fever of 102.00 and still that deep cough which the attending Nurse Practitioner decided that we do an X-ray of her chest and it came positive for PNEUMONIA on her right lung also showing some on the left. Her treatment has helped her condition and she's slowly recovering so I'm greatful for that. My point is he said my child had some viral infection and of course swabbed for flu and Covid which was Negative but he could atleast recommend an X-ray just to rule out any infection on her lungs.

Awesome experience. By me being a first time mom I was skeptical, but the entire staff made me feel so welcome and comfortable.
