Very thorough - very kind and patient
It's ridiculous that upon arrival, I was given a new set of questionnaires that I was told were for the doctor. I had inquired when I made the appointment about all questionnaires that I needed to do them before the appointment. I was not given an opportunity to do this. When I did not complete the questionnaire, because I have hand arthritis and I will not do questionnaires at a doctor's office when there is an opportunity given to you to give it to me early, I was told by the medical assistant, you don't have to. It doesn't matter. First why do you have paper questionnaires when you can do it online? Do you even know what year it is? Why does the doctor have his own questionnaires?

I always have a wonderful experience with Chris Hawks.
Online it showed that my Appointment was for 1:15 pm as we were traveling yesterday 2/12 to the Appointment the time changed to 1:30 pm with an arrival time 20 minutes before Appointment. I checked in at the front desk around 1:00 pm. I had already completed my paperwork online. I was confused as to why I needed to be there earlier. It really did not matter because it takes from my house in New Waverly, Tx about 1 hour and 20 minutes to get there so we left earlier due to rain and traffic. A young man came and got me for X-rays and then I was ask to wait in the X-ray waiting area. A very nice nurse came to get me and she asked who came and got me for the X-rays because she said in checking with other nurses they did not know who came for me. I was taken to the room around 2:05 pm and as time went by I finally went to the Nurses station and ask was the Doctor running late and she said Chris would be in shortly in which it was about 45 minutes later. When Chris came in he apologized for the wait. I did mention that to him but I let him know that I was not trying to be rude as we were leaving. I do understand some Patients take longer. My Son at the last minute had to bring me to this Appointment otherwise I would have had to cancel. He had another Appointment himself so time was of the essence. However, Chris explained everything I needed to know going forward.
I appreciate the amount of time Chris spent explaining and discussing knee replacement from pre to post surgery. Very reassuring.

I found them to be very professional, very attentive and understanding of my problem.
Rachel was outstanding. She went above the norm to help me.
My wait time was nearly an hour. Messages I received state arrive at least 20 minutes early. That's too long to wait for a simple injection.
