Chris really listened to our questions and answered every one of them. He cared about my recovery and not having injuries. I would recommend him to anyone.
The after surgery care at skilled nursing center was a big mistake. They obviously don't usually get patients to care for who are rehabbing from knee replacement. They did not seem very intent on caring for me and my very simple needs. Ice packs which are very important were hard to get and many seemed to not know how to make one. Case worker Nidra insisted I go to Park Manor as it was 5 star. Not! Many didn't even seem to know what I was there for. Such an unprofessional experience and being in pain and stressed over this procedure adding a Polio survivor with other leg half paralyzed I did not need the added stress and pain . This was supposed to be a safe place for me and it has been a horrible experience. I just want out of this place.
Chris was a great communicator and didn't make me feel like he was ready to rush out of the room the min in walked i .
Dr. Mathis and his staff have been wonderful. I want to say that I made a mistake pressing two. I wasn't listening to the directions well on the first two questions. I would give them all excellent reviews and I would refer anyone that needed that kind of care to them. Thank you so much.

Chris Hawks is an excellent and talented provider! I always appreciate seeing him and know I will receive excellent care.
We did not end up seeing the physician's assistant until almost 1 1/2 hours after the appointment time. He explained they had an unforeseen complication with a patient, which can't be helped. But we were never told that there would be a delay nor how long it might be. We just sat and sat and waited and waited. Not a good customer experience for our first visit to this practice.
Dr. Hawks competently addressed all my concerns and questions.
