I was late to my appointment because of an accident and they were still accommodating. Christopher made me feel at ease with my concerns. I have nothing but good things to say about everyone involved. Every person I dealt with was polite, courteous & professional. But, if I could change one thing it would be to have our parking tickets validated. After spending as much money as we do, I think it's the least anyone could do.

Everyone was very courteous and accommodating.
This was the first time we had visited with Dr. Patterson. We did not really know what to expect from this visit, we were just told the visit was for going over the risks involved in having an MRI with a Pacemaker and a mechanical valve. We felt the visit was very short with Dr. Patterson and then we saw about three other people, whom we had never met either. So the visit was a little confusing.

Chris has followed up from a pacemaker installation and been very, you know, careful about, and had me in extra times to get things healed up. So I appreciate him very much. He always checks out for pain and, you know, leftover things from the surgery, the install in the pacemaker.
I have enjoyed the staff for several years now.

YES. DR. CHRISTOPHER PATTERSON, IS A#1, SPECIAL DOCTOR.ANOTHER SPECIAL TEAM PERSON, Kevin, who is the greatest helper staff person. The other techs were fantastic My skin is allergic to most sticky 'stuff', but the heart tech, was fantastic-- no 'quick' removable of electrodes from my chest. The front desk lady printed me an extra copy of blood work 'deal'. Everyone listened to me talk, talk, i was nervous( not scared, just 87.years old).THANK EVERYONE???×10.
Christopher was amazing. Very knowledgeable, and listened. He had all the info and explained it to my satisfaction. I wish all my medical contacts were as good as Christopher.

After my appointment I discovered that my pacemaker heart rate had been adjusted from 80 to 85. I don't know why. Called office to question. Have not heard back. A bit anxious. Was told it was being reviewed. It is now weekend.
They are always professional and very kind. I appreciate them all.

That he had me down on the computer of my pacemaker that I had had an AFib test in the 17, year 17, and then he had down where I was in the hospital in the year 23rd and had another AFib test. And that is not true. They've got the records mixed up with somebody else. I was not in the hospital in the 23rd, in the year 23, and I only have had one ablation. Not one in 17 and not one in 23. Just 17. I have not been back in the hospital. Only one. And I called Dr. Kim or my heart doctor and talked to Marilyn to find out what was going on and to get that corrected. Because he went to great lengths.
Dr. Dougherty's group is amazing! Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful, and they all care very much. Being in their clinic is like visiting in their home. Going there is a relaxing experience because I know that they are going to take good care of me.
Doctor Tommy was very thorough. He answered all my questions and gave me the information I needed to make a decision about my eyewear going forward.

Who do We call with after hour medical questions ? Do we always have to go to ER ? It may be a non -ER question .
some of the questions really are not on point to todays encounter. Christopher was solid in communicating, particularly for SO who is non medical. A bit of a long total encounter time (90 min) given utility
