Quick visit, everyone was very nice and professional!
Dr. Swade is wonderful.
I feel very trustworthy with the doctor.
It was the worst experience. The wait time was one hour and half. I had a nanny who could not stay with my special needs child so it was extremely inconvenient for me. When the provider finally showed up, she was rushed and did not addressed all my concerns. I'm considering changing my doctor/facility.
Everyone was extremely kind and helpful.
Dr. Swade is awesome! She has a very comforting bedside manner, with a great sense of humor! Her Assistant is awesome, too!
The facility is very nice and spacious. You are not cramped while waiting to be seen. The doctor and staff were very courteous and professional.
The entire truth is never told - a family physician is a family family and a specialist is exact the title of the person expertise - that will sum up the entire experience.
Dr. Swade and all of the staff are always very nice and helpful for me.
Simple!!!!
Good service
Staff is very attentive and easy to talk with concerning any issues.
Christine Swade is my doctor and I would highly recommend her to anyone. She is empathetic and instructional and a very, very caring doctor. She's the best doctor I've had in a long time. Thank you.
My doctor is stellar. She listens, cares, knows medical priorities, is consistent, and has excellent communication skills.
Keep the good work up UT is shining
All good.
Excellent, they treated me very well..Thank you.
I came for my annual physical. No mention of my extensive medical history was made. My blood pressure was extremely elevated (160/100+ on arrival) and my weight has increased; headaches for days, numerous other ongoing concerns not acknowledged. The physician was very caring and kind. I would I'd love to see her if I were sick, and perhaps this was an off day and she usually is more thorough, so given her kindness I'll still probably return. It was the least thorough exam I've had. The medical student did cover some relevant annual physical type things, but mainly asked when my last Pap smear was and when my last vaccines were. The most extensive part was when the wonderful MA was taking my vitals and confirming my prescriptions. If I have a new condition or disease, there is no way it would have been caught at this visit, and that's concerning. I mentioned I do not exercise at all because of my extreme pain, and noted my unusual swelling in my ankle and this was dismissed. I was never even asked to remove my brace, they just asked if I follow with ortho. I do, but I also went to urgent care for this recently. It's a new issue. I was never asked if I had questions or concerns. I did. Again, the provider is kind and I would see her again if I were sick, just for the nice bedside manner. Maybe my last physical (within the same practice) was just exceptionally thorough and raised the bar too high, but there was zero mention by the MD of my history or medications or any issues.
Great! Except I left my gloves in the waiting area and they were gone and not at Lost and Found.
Dr, Swade is very knowledgeable and very helpful and gives honest feedback to help me.
Dr. Swade was amazing. She was attentive. She was informative. She was kind. And I felt very comfortable in her care. And I will definitely be keeping her as my primary care provider.
I appreciate every minute that I spend in my visit in telemedicine. I am sure 100% that I have a very, very good chance that my doctor is Christine Swade. I am proud about that and I think that everybody should have like my doctor, Christine Swade. Thank you a lot. Thank you really a lot because you are a very good doctor. You are super perfect. You are too much intelligent that you can understand and treat us as well.
Two doctors on my care team, Dr. Showery and Dr. Yazdani seem to have gone but I'm not sure. I am no longer able to email them on the portal. This concerned me in light of the chronic spine issues I have (and managing my osteopenia). I think changes in my care team should be communicated to me in a timely manner. Replacements should also be suggested.
I was very satisfied
Dr. Swade and her staff are always complete in checking my vitals, checking how I'm doing, and giving me updates on blood tests or any other tests that might be pending, period. Also, there's a lot of care, patience, and understanding and empathy from Dr. Swade and her staff, period.
Was a great experience
Very pleasant experience... Even the blood draw was totally painless....
Dr Swade is caring, patient, and responds in a way that assures me she listens. The supporting staff is informative, respectful and efficient.
Dr. Swade is an excellent physician. She really understood what was going on with me and had a sense of urgency to get me as much as assistance as possible. And she was very practical about the way that she approached it. Highly recommend her as a physician and greatly respect her as a person. Thank you.
It was an extremely frustrating experience. I felt like I was just a number just trying to get in and out. She immediately wanted to put me on medication without asking me what my diet and exercise looked like, what my family history looked like, what my family planning plan was. She recommended an alternative to the medication when I asked her, but as I researched the medication, it's not supposed to be taken if you are pregnant or trying to become pregnant, which I am trying to be, but she didn't ask me that question. So I just felt like I was just trying to be shoved in and out. I was in and out within five minutes, so the time was not given to me, I felt like. So I felt like she could have given a little bit more of a better experience.
