Drove 2 hrs yesterday so they could hand me a book on cochlear implants , they could have mailed it to me . Already knew the info I was given on my last visit . Anyway still waiting for a surgery date .

My experience is that every child like my son has his ears operated on as soon as possible, but my son has not had his ears operated on yet and needs to be operated on as soon as possible so that he can speak and hear.

Christina Sledge has always treated us with upmost respect. She has gone above and beyond her job title. She patiently listens to our concerns or problems. No questions are to stupid. She explains things in a manner we could understand. UTP is very lucky to have her on thier team team

I waited 2 hours for Dr Yuksel. No one told me how long I would be waiting. I've been bringing my child to him for about a year and never experienced anything like this before. It was horrible. The team was extremely rude, I asked [...] why am I waiting over an hour and she responded "he got there late". Another black lady with grey dreads screamed at me. When I finally saw Yuksel he didn't know my child's history and I asked could he clean my child's ears and he said no. I waited 2 hours for him to see my child for less than 5 minutes. Very terrible experience. -10/10

The doctor was super kind to my son and treated my child very well and explained a lot to me.

My experience was good. I was in and out pretty quick. At the same time I was not pressured to get out fast. Dr. Sledge was very helpful and explained everything at an understandable level. Thank you all for your service.

Very professional and friendly

My husband and I both took time off work to be present for this appointment. We arrived 5 minutes apart from one another (we were both on time for the appointment, not running late). They roomed my 3 yo son with my husband. When I arrived 5 minutes later I was told by the desk staff in the back that he was "in the middle of testing" and "finishing up." 15 minutes later, he finished the test. I asked twice to be allowed to join the visit and was told I could not. As a result, I was not able to communicate directly with the provider about the test or results, which made me feel helpless, uninformed, and disrespected as the parent of this child. Beyond this, my son's test was partially inconclusive due to engagement with the test. I believe if I were allowed in the room for the test, I could have assisted with ensuring he followed the instructions consistently. So, not only did this action of preventing me to enter the exam room disempower me as a parent and advocate for my child, it may have actually resulted in suboptimal evaluation of my child's hearing. We now have to return in three months to retest, which is costly for us and the system and may have been unnecessary.

[...]Christine [...] is a terrific asset to your staff and you are lucky to have her. I will return and request her for future visits. Her knowledge and clarity are superb.

Short waiting time, fast efficient testing done. Very kind, made my autistic kid feel welcomed and comfortable. Very kind lady.

Great experience. Did not have to wait to be seen. Provider was very kind and explained the test thoroughly. Front desk was super friendly and helpful.

I arrived on time for my 8 am and 8:45 am appointments. I was done wit both at 9 am and I am extremely happy with the outcome and hopeful for the future.

The Doctor that cleaned out my ears was amazing my hearing improved drastically. Thanks to her so much and she explained my diagnosis perfectly and professionally with care also. The Doctor that preformed my hearing test was a big help too by preforming my audio and pressure test . I'm so grateful/ happy l was able to make it to my appointment in spite of being injured they were very patient with me in that office everyone was so kind it was refreshing amazing staff completely everyone l came in contact for my hearing about was great. I couldn't believe it

Glad that most of the employees spoke loud enough and directly to me so I could understand them.

Dr. Sledge was great but most importantly [...] the front desk receptionist. Every appointment I have had she greets me with a smile. She makes my day each visit !
