Christina Y. Kim, MD, a UT Physicians neurologist, cares for adult patients in the Greater Houston area.
Dr. Kim is board certified in neurology and fellowship trained in vascular neurology. She has clinical expertise in the management of stroke prevention, acute stroke treatment, and long-term stroke management.
Her focus is on patient-centered care with an emphasis on education to help patients better understand the complexities of cerebrovascular disease and what evidence-based medicine can offer in their treatment and recovery.

Shawanda helped me connect my phone so that I could participate in the video visit. She was very patient with me, very knowledgeable, and very kind. Dr. Kim knew my medical history and asked me appropriate questions, and I appreciated her responding to the concerns I had and adjusting my medication. I have felt better physically because of the medication change that Dr. Kim made.

Dr Kim is the best! She is very careful, thorough, and extremely patient. She will spend the necessary time, always, to listen and advise! She always reviews the entire case history before seeing the patient. It is a great feeling to clearly see that she makes an effort in the interest of the patient.

Dr. Kim was very thorough, professional, and very responsive. She was engaging from the standpoint of having a sincere concern about what my history had been, and what the solutions were, as far as coming up with a plan of action. I appreciated her very much, and I will continue to go to her whenever I have this issue again.
The server was extremely slow which caused me to be 5 minutes late. It took me 20 minutes to log in!
