I cannot thank Ms.Chizomam Aguwa enough for being concerned about my mental health and well-being in a, not only my health, but my mental health in a very positive way. She is very caring, loving, very caring and concerned about her patients or me. Thank you. I would recommend her to anyone and I wish her the best of everything.

I had a good experience with the Psychiatrist. I wish I was able to have more sessions with her.

I think what is important for everyone i. Your team to know that patients may need care when u can't see them so the 24 hour hotline and telemedicine appt are essential... some can't wait long months to see a dr

Everyone at UT was very nice to me, very kind. They were very prompt, very thorough, and no one gave me no problems. And I will always be coming to UT Psychiatry for my psychiatry. Also, thank you very much for understanding everything that I was going through on that day. Thanks.

I'm not sure that this provider, really understands my care needs, and is seemingly headed in a direction that is not in my best interest. My prior Dr left your group due to personal need, after we took a year + journey to get me on good ground, this Dr seems to be headed in a new direction. I do not want to go through another direction and lose the good place that i am currently in. My cardiologist, Kidney doctor, gastrologist, sleep, and all other doctors are very pleased with my current treatment, and satisfied that I am in the best situation mentally I can be.

She was not being that I was just released from the hospital and I needed time off from stressed and burnt out from work and she stated I need to see her six months before that happened impossible to do. I never been in the facility. Psychiatric facilities is my first time burned out and was dissatisfied things to the place with the whole UT experience.

It's frustrating to keep having to try to find the right doctor in my situation. One who listens and 1 that does not Stereotype because type of medicine that I've taken in the past that were prescribed to me by previous doctors that listened And cared about the way I felt and my will be. It is not a good thing to stereotype.People are past judgment because of the type of medicine a person has to take.

Wait time was not a factor. Appointment was Tele-Med

Totally professional visit with a totally competent and compassionate medical professional.

She is a very good psychiatrist. I would recommend a lot of people to her and I'm thinking about doing that. She's very good, she's very nice, she's down to earth, she's serious, she's wonderful. Y'all need to get more people like her. Thank you.

I really feel comfortable talking to her. It has taken me a long time to feel that way with the doctor. The only other doctor that I have felt is with my primary care Doctor Who is retiring in March. I did not know that with this particular visit that is a kindness she was going to take over one of my medication's so I wouldn't have to worry about the next doctor. That would be my primary care doctor in the town where I live. And I have just realized the dose is wrong on one of them. I have no doubt when I call on Monday, but that will be fixed. I hope she stays there for a long time because I will be talking to her every three months.

My provide is very knowledgeable about what I need and is super sweet, non Judgmental.

I wanted an appointment pretty soon and this was the first available. I was made understanding that she was a nurse practitioner, but I did not enjoy my experience. While I was given a slight solution, I feel like she already knew what she was going to do once I walked in and nothing I was really saying added any value. They were just a few things that were offputting again nothing that's gonna send me into the deep end, but I just did not enjoy that particular Provider

I really like me new practitioner. She's down to earth and was very understanding towards my needs/situation. I'm looking forward to seeing her again

The Provider switched my medication and I wanted to keep Al my meds the same. Other than that I felt comfortable with her. I didn't like that she didn't listen when I told her I needed a specific anxiety medication [...] just switched it anyway. Even though I had been on that one medication for a while and I felt it worked better than what she is giving me now. That's the reason why I changed it with the other provider.

The provider was awesome. Really liked her.

Nothing everything was great

This was my first visit with her and it was excellent. Since I was new to her we discussed my history and she listened to the changes since my last visit. Medications were reviewed and we will stay in the same treatment plan and she will see me back in 3 months.

Yes, I really enjoyed talking to her and she listened very well and she's very concerned about the problems, what I'm going through. Made it more better for me. And I'd just like to say I would refer her out to anyone and she listens very, very good. Thank you.

Chizo was very nice. She listened very well. She went over my records. She actually offered to help me with my ADHD. She offered me a list of providers to go to to get tested again. She got me the medicine I needed. She got me my antidepressant, which my insurance company denied, just prescribing it in a different way. She's a very good provider. The office staff were good. The nursing staff were good. I have no complaints and I would definitely tell anybody else to go here. Thank you so very much.
