Excellent service!
I hope we can find out what's going on with my body and find a cure for it
It was a great service
Your people are always good
I WOULD HAVE GIVEN A 10, BUT I'M HAVING PROBLEMS WITH DOCTOR CALLING IN AN ALTERNATIVE PAIN MEDICATION AS OF MY APPOINTMENT ON 3/26/25. LEFT MESSAGE WITH NURSE & EMAIL AND NO ONE HAS GOT BACK TO ME. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
Dr Canfield and his staff are always respectful always very patient with me and my family. I trust his office 110%
Edward was there to have his catheter changed. The hospital had it changed every month. And the nurse that changed it was great, but the appointment was at 8 o'clock, and we had an appointment with an anesthesiologist at 8.30, and we didn't even get in. We were the first patient, and nobody was there, and we didn't get in to our appointment until 15 minutes late and it did everything 15 minutes later. So they don't need to have a wait time like that. That was not acceptable.
I always have a good experience during my visits. I drive from Beaumont and trip is well worth it.
This has been one of the most meaningful medical visits I have had. The physician was most informative and most considerate.
Everything was fine
Professional excellent service
Outstanding service
The experience overall was not the most pleasant one because people there are not very welcoming ,and the provider for that day came into the room and started off bad until we spoke up and had a discussion with her of how she came off and made us feel and then is when she changed the tone some. After she was done she told us that she would be sending results of a culture they did there but we are still waiting on results. The communication from that office has been an issue since first visit.
My doctor was very kind and listened to my concerns. I recommend her to anyone that knows of my visits with her.
Thanks for everything
I trust and like all at UT Physicians
I was very, very professional and very, very culturally sensitive. I love her services and I admire it very, very much.
Great
The provider was not medical doctor, but nurse. It was an informal meeting with only one purpose - to extend my prescription for the ED injections. I was not charged anything for that visit, but from the document I was given I should expect for $$ charge later.
I received everything I needed from a urologist and a tad bit more
Good work continue
Very much pleased with provider and staff.
The ultimate urology practice in Houston. I have used two others and will not return to them.
This was just a surgery check NP spent maybe 45 sec checking my wound
Thank you
Everyone looked like they were working in a great team.
Front desk folks were bot as interactive as when I visit other UT Health facilities. The doctor was professional and knowledgeable but did seem interested in my condition.
I felt really comfortable with t doctor
My experience of pain was discounted.
