Mr. Charles Boren was a very good doctor. He listened. He was very thorough and he was very patient and answered all the questions.

Regarding the time of vaccination, they should ask or validate which ones each (unreadable) know what they can affect your health.

The doctor, nurses and receptionists were so friendly and made us feel so comfortable. Highly recommend them for anything pediatric Ortho that u would need.. Even worked with me on payment where other places wouldn't. Made my son laugh and smile.. well be coming back for further appointments. Thanks for all y'all did to make my son and I so welcome.

The general feedback about UT Physicians is just the fact that each visit is a different provider. it's like inconsistent, care that's being received. And that's just something I'm not comfortable with. I mean, as a parent, because I'm told different things, different visits, things are recommended differently by different providers. it makes it, for an uncomfortable experience.

Good doctor. I will just recommend him to act a little more friendly with his patients.

Your front desk service was poor. They are non helpful and somewhat non knowledgeable people. I requested two of them to give me activation codes to establish my kids chart online and link previous health care for better access to history and immunizations which was main reason for visit, but this never happened and provider couldn't access history, and the encounter took us almost 2.5 hours to go through new child care questionnaire which could be avoided if given chart access ahead of encounter. Provider is excellent but pre encounter scheduling and front desk, POOR service. I won't visit this clinic anymore.

It was excellent, they treated me very kindly and resolved all my concerns and doubts, very good service and attention, I definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

I really appreciate how this location has improved regarding waiting time and front desk friendlynees. It seems extremely efficient now. Thank you.

Everyone was pleasant. The experience was handled in a timely manner. The children were treated like they mattered and gentle. The doctors and nurses took their time and were patient especially with my nervous son.

Thank you Dr. Boren for the exceptional bedside manner. His approach with my boys makes them feel at ease. Finding a great pediatrician is hard.
