I was uncomfortable with the questions being asked, especially with my son in the room hearing the sensitive nature of the conversation. Additionally, keeping a child in the room for two hours with no distractions while four adults discussed matters seemed to show a lack of consideration for the child. It's especially ironic, considering this is pediatric care.

Dr. Soutullo-Esperon is an exceptional doctor. Nobody can compare him with any doctor in this world. He's one of the nicest human beings and he's the one take care of my son like everything. And I highly recommend Dr. Soutullo-Esperon for everyone to be under his care. And he's so compassionate. And Mrs. [...], his nurse, is exceptional to both of them. That's a great thing. And everyone was absolutely amazing as usual. And thank you so much for all the care.

One of the women that works at the front desk is always very rude and several times has not checked to make sure she's addressing the correct patient. My provider is excellent and always goes above and beyond
