For same health problem, I need to see the same provider three different times and I have another appointment because they forgot to add one of the blood tests to the referral. And I had to pay co-payment for each visit even though they were follow up, and there was no new condition or different health problem.

I trust each Dr. Loghin and Dr. Goel for their experience, active listening, & open questioning. Dr. Loghin's previous insightful questions directly led to my adjusting former lifestyle patterns. Dr. Goel, as well, seeks casual influencers. This visit reflected the benefits of those changes. Rachel is a phenomenal ECG, sonograms technician - thorough, efficient, communicates well. The front desk crew were pleasant & helpful, even checking my insurance prior to payment. Thanks to each for beneficial care leading to a more effective, healthy Life.

Too many text messages and emails asking the same questions!!! This is NOT the fault of my doctor and his fabulous staff!!! Every aspect of my visit and concerns were handled with kindness and efficiency. The volume of texts and the emails got unbelievable and almost insulting; actually laughable.

I am writing to address my concerns regarding my recent visit with Dr. Loghin, as I feel that my statements were misinterpreted and my concerns largely dismissed. Prior to the appointment, I logged into MyChart as instructed, expecting the telehealth visit to take place there. After waiting past our scheduled start time, I received a phone call instead, which was unexpected and contrary to what was communicated to me. At my previous appointment, I had requested an in-person follow-up, given that I live only five minutes from UT Physicians and work just ten minutes away. However, Dr. Loghin insisted that a phone call would be more convenient-though it seemed to be more convenient for him rather than for my quality of care. During the visit, I updated Dr. Loghin on my recent medical developments, despite having already documented them in the pre-check-in, including new diagnoses, medications, and corrections to inaccurate records. However, it was evident that none of this information had been reviewed prior to our conversation, and my chart remains outdated despite my efforts to ensure accuracy. Early in the conversation, I explained that I had not taken the beta-blocker he prescribed because I had needed to increase my Amitriptyline dosage for pain and fatigue management, and I was concerned about potential interactions. At this point, his demeanor noticeably shifted, and from then on, my concerns were largely dismissed. I described experiencing extreme fatigue and worsening POTS symptoms, including lightheadedness and weakness, which at times require me to use a rollator or wheelchair for mobility. I requested a handicap placard, which was met with resistance and a lack of understanding. Dr. Loghin stated that I should speak with my rheumatologist instead, despite my prior guidance from rheumatology to consult cardiology if my symptoms persisted after I had received my new dosage of my Amitryptiline, since my cardiology appointment would be sooner than my follow-up with rheumatology if I still had debilitating issues and flares. Given that my need for mobility assistance stems from both cardiology and rheumatology concerns, I did not anticipate this level of difficulty in obtaining a necessary accommodation. Additionally, I was shocked when he stated, "Because you have epilepsy, I could send in the information and get your license revoked." This statement was both inappropriate and inaccurate, as I do not have epilepsy. My episodes are related to POTS-induced blood pressure and heart rate drops or can be classified as NES (non-epileptic seizures), a distinction we had previously discussed in detail at my prior appointment. His failure to recall this information is concerning, as it directly impacts my medical record and treatment plan. When I mentioned that my heart rate can drop to 40-60 bpm during episodes, he incorrectly stated that this is a normal heart rate for someone my age. However, this disregards the context of my [Truncated]
