There were a few issues with scheduling and location and wait times. However, Dr. Duncan was wonderful. Very friendly and made you feel at ease with her. She had a resident with her and she was also a great teacher.
My visit to Dr. Duncan was excellent. I was checked in quickly, did not wait long, took my scheduled time where I was taken in, thorough examination, and great communications by the nurse and of course Dr. Duncan.
Dr Duncan made me feel comfortable, even with the Cancer diagnosis.
The doctors were very informative about what was going on and ask us several times if we had questions.
Very professional and focused on my health issue.

I loved my experience with Dr.Duncan she listened to me and didn't make me feel crazy for feeling the way I do . Normally people don't ask me how I feel with my disease everyday because they can't see it. 10/10 a great doctor

This was my first time to see Dr. Duncan and she was absolutely welcoming and answered all my questions.
I would like to say Dr. Duncan was great, very knowledgeable, and attentive. I did not feel that when I called the MA to have the same experience. I feel when speaking to him that I was bothering him by asking a question. I feel when it come to this type of situation you should get the feeing that when you are speaking to someone to have the same experience and your the priority at that moment.

Smooth processes Dr Duncan easy to talk to, she was very knowledgeable and spoke frankly and honestly about treatment and diagnosis. Her MA did not introduce himself or make me feel welcome at all. He needs to work on customer service The front desk staff and the office checkout staff were friendly and helpful.

After four doctors visits, she was finally the one we needed. After multiple visits leaving in tears or unhappy...We left our visit with Dr. Duncan, Happy and excited for the immediate future.
