Very prompt service and able to use my hearing aids successfully the same day after being cleaned
Provider was fine. No prep from Memherman for difficulty in getting to the office when I arrived at the site. It took me 20 minutes to get.

I was not given prior notification about what forms needed to be filled. My insurance plans were never discussed before the day of my appointment. How I was communicated to seemed to insinuate that I was at fault.
Yes, Carrie was very helpful. She gave me a lot of information and she was very informative on the food and the quantity size. So she's mild, but she's very helpful and very good. I would recommend other people to go to her.
My experience at this provider is equal to an occupational care clinic. One other thing is requiring thousands of dollars to pay for medical devices upfront and me filing an insurance reimbursement. After all the care you have provided since October this provided comes up short of UT standards of care. I won't bed back for my hearing care needs!
This was one of the most thorough and efficient doctor's appointment I have ever been to. I moved through my appointment with ease. The staff were friendly and welcoming the entire time. By the time I got to my appointment with Dr. Zebda I was already so impressed and didn't know it could get better. Dr. Zebda performed her exam and was very thorough. Her bedside rapport is calming at the same time. I appreciate her attentiveness to detail and patient education. It was a great visit!

Dr. Raz was courteous & helpful in my hearing assessment. She just told me to push the button when I heard any sounds through the headphones to my ear. Evaluation just took about 15 minutes.
Everyone took time to listen and not rush through anything from receptionist, audiologist and doctor

I was told to show up 20 minutes early for an eight o'clock appointment. The office did not open until eight o'clock. I was not told they did use my insurance for hearing aids. I read about it after I got home. I did not get a copy of my hearing test.

An excellent visit, had good conversation was able to ask questions comfortably and received excellent information. Very satisfied with my appointment.
Got there 15 minutes early and they saw me right away. No wait, that's a good thing. The hearing test was clearly explained and went very easily.
