There should be a timer for telehealth visits and feedback on expected wait times from the provider or their staff.

Hi there, I'm glad that I have an opportunity to kind of let you guys know how much I adore Dr. Olmos. She is just one of those exceptional people and doctors and it's been life changing having her. She's just wonderful, so supportive. She's just kind of a unique, just the best doctor I've had and I'm 48 years old, so that says something. But anyway, she has been wonderful. I don't want her to ever move away. She's just fantastic. And thank you all also for always being so good about calling with reminders and just being wonderful. You guys have really turned things around for me and I'm so grateful. Thank you so much.

Dr Olmos is very knowledgeable and caring

Dr. Olmos is a wonderful doctor. I was scheduled to see another doctor, but they left and I got transferred to her. I'm thankful for that coincidence. Her insight and her perspective help me think about my problems more objectively, and her kindness is a huge plus.

Yes, the staff was very helpful in getting me to make sure I could keep my appointment that day by the video calling. And they were really helpful in making sure I knew how to access that and use that. And I really appreciate Dr. Olmos introducing herself. It was my first visit with her. She was very kind and very interested in where I was with my therapy with them. And I appreciate all that. And actually, it was nice to have someone that seemed like they cared about me. I appreciate it. And I hope you all keep around for a while. Thank you. Bye.

Dr. García Olmos is so sweet and makes me feel great every time I see her. She is extremely knowledgeable and seems very concerned with making sure I get good care.

May 16, 2024

Everything was amazing, all the staff and the health care providers as well as the psychiatry.

May 15, 2024

Dr. Olmos is unprofessional in my opinion, and during our latest visit, I found some of her remarks to be extremely offensive and insulting. I will not be continuing to see Dr. Olmos for my care henceforth.

I kind of felt pressured during the call and It wasn't the provider's fault it was just how I felt. I also felt a bit uncomfortable and confused but overall everything else was fine.
