Dr. Moreno is a graduate of Harvard Medical School, completed his residency at The University of Texas Health Science Center-San Antonio and an Academic Family Medicine Faculty Development Fellowship at the University of Missouri-Columbia. He has been in academic family medicine for twenty five years.

Because my appointment was early the time it took to get into the office was very fast. Dr. Moreno was very diligent and his bedside manner was very professional. Great office staff also.
My experience was great; everyone was very attentive. Note: I do have a comment about the new offices on the second floor. In the exam room, if you sit near the windows (facing Fannin), you can "clearly" hear the discussion in the next exam room. I'm not sure, but this would seem to be a potential issue with PMI. I could hear/understand the discussion next door and they were talking in regular voices (not loud). Again, my experience was a good one, but thought it might be helpful for you to know that near the windows you can hear next door. Near the door to the exam room (opposite of the windows), you cannot hear; just near the windows. Thank you.
