The office staff members were polite and welcoming. My appointment started promptly after checking in. I was called in within 10 minutes. The nurse and the doctor's assistant asked thorough questions and listened to my issues attentively before the specialist arrived. The specialist asked questions anf followed up with the details in the notes and explained to me efficiently. I am pleased with the caring I received .
Dr Candice was very personable and professional. My sister recommended her to me as she had been treated by her previously.

Dr. Tuenis & Sahar & their team are wonderful. But I was told to arrive 9:45A which I did. Waited an hour before I saw Dr. Tuenis & Sahar. Majority of that was in exam room. Maybe scheduling issue or isolated occurrence but when it happens, someone should communicate with patients. You have no idea how much longer it will be or if you were forgotten.
The schedule was not available that day to schedule my surgery and that was a Monday. Today is Thursday and I will call tomorrow because I have not heard from her. But other than that, I think everything is fine. I forgot what I'm supposed to press.
