My experience was a pleasant one. Dr Teunis explained my options and I chose the one that I considered the best approach. Dr. Teunis did the steroid injection quickly and with no pain.

I visited with Doctor Candice on Tuesday, April 29. She recommended surgery and said an assistant would help. Medical Assistant Berta Rodriguez talked to me briefly, and said I would get a call from the Surgery Scheduler, Beatris Acevedo in two days. Still waiting to get a call to schedule the surgery. It reflects poorly on the rest of your staff.

Dr Teunis seems to be a very caring doctor and is genuinely interested in how she can help alleviate my carpal tunnel condition. Talked with me about surgery for this and what to expect as far as surgery and recovery. All the staff there is efficient and friendly.
It was great and they helped me to get it on the it portal I talked to your help line 10 times and could get it.
All employees, including Dr. Teunis & & her Medical Asst., Berta were very empathetic, competent & helpful. All were polite & welcoming to me as a new patient. My only negative is that it took 6-8 weeks to get an appointment & was a very painful wait.

The office staff members were polite and welcoming. My appointment started promptly after checking in. I was called in within 10 minutes. The nurse and the doctor's assistant asked thorough questions and listened to my issues attentively before the specialist arrived. The specialist asked questions anf followed up with the details in the notes and explained to me efficiently. I am pleased with the caring I received .
