I very much appreciated Dr. Bertschy's thoroughness and expertise as she reviewed my case and explained various options for follow-up. She put me at ease and made me feel heard and respected. She is obviously well trained and well qualified, but she also demonstrates the innate ability to help patients feel empowered and cared for. It feels good knowing I can contact her if I have questions or concerns going forward.
