very good experience

Feb 21, 2025

At my first visit, I felt Dr.Cash was at a loss of what to do with my symptoms. He saw my case as just another person on too much pain medication. I expressed this to my PCP (of 36 years) who knows Dr.Cash personally. My next office visit with Dr.Cash was really different! His Fellow came in & listened intently asking me many questions as to help her understand my case specifically. Love her! Then, Dr Cash came in. He was very thorough. He had so many out of the box ideas. He answered all of my questions. He spent an ample amount of time discussing my symptoms & my input reiterated to me that he really did want to know so he could treat my specific case. I left my office visit feeling like I was heard & things were set in motion to get answers to my stomach pain. I am very hopeful that I will find answers with Dr.Cash. I absolutely LOVE his office staff. I was treated like I was the only patient there that day. Thank you Se.Cash & you incredible staff!

Dr. Cash is great! Extremely thorough, compassionate, and up-to-date on everything gastro. He walked me through all the possible causes of my symptoms, and none of them were "it's all in your head/stress/anxiety". Truly caring and wants to find the root cause

It was a good location that was organized. The staff was very professional

Yeah, Dr. Cash is an excellent doctor, but I think that there were a lot of things missing in our conversation. For example, he doesn't know that I cannot take laxatives. He doesn't know that I have a neurological problem, that I have to take controlled medications because of Basel-Vagel syndrome. He doesn't know that. He doesn't know that many other things about the anesthesia for the EDD that he is going to do. Last time I had the anesthesia, I was a month in bed. So I don't want this to happen again. So I didn't have enough time to talk to him about this, sorry, but this is what I have to tell Dr. Cash. I'm a patient, cat 4. I've been treating neurologists and gastro at the same time, and I need to avoid cramps in my colon.

I felt very fortunate to have found such a high caliber healthcare provider like Dr. Brooks D. Cash (M.D). The consultation visits with Dr. Cash were very conducive and hopefully, leading to the complete healing of the prolonged chronic issues I have been dealing with for decades. My experience visiting with Dr. Cash was very positive because the diagnostic provided helped pointing me to a specific direction to understand the issues and enable exploring numbers of options that could be considered for bringing the solution. Dr. Cash was very patient, knowledgeable, caring, and professional. These qualities are indeed essential for establishing the trust needed between patients and care providers for positive treatment outcome. Comparatively, what I found very significant and distinguishable was that he keeps up with current research and trends of issues and available treatment options in healthcare industry. Moreover, he has the ability to communicate very clearly and effectively: providing the diagnostic, the treatment option(s) available that could resolve the issues, the treatment planning, and the outcomes/progression anticipated from the completion of the treatment(s). These two significant and distinguishable traits were the keys that led me to feel confident and hopeful to the treatment outcomes. Thank you very much again. Long live to Dr. Cash!

Dr. Cash's staff was very friendly and once I met Dr. Cash, he was very thorough in explaining everything to me, made sure I understood everything. He explained and made sure I understood the next steps that we were going to take and I really appreciate that because my previous GI specialist did not do that. He's a great doctor. I'm looking forward to finding the issues of concern. Thank you.

Jun 7, 2024

Had to wait an unacceptably long time after doctor left got nurse to come to discharge me.

Jun 7, 2024

The wait time was long, with my having to ask when I was going to be seen... I thought they had forgotten I was there (I wouldn't have minded as much if someone had communicated the linger wait time). My care was excellent and after getting put into a room, apologies were extended about it taking so long to be seen.
