I was running a little late getting there and they told me that wasn't no problem. We'll get you in there as soon as possible which they did. Very friendly atmosphere.
Dr, Owen was pleasant, easy to talk to, listen to me and gave me good advice. She addressed my concerns the best way possible.

Brittany listened and followed my questions. Excellent example of personal care that doesn't involve a memorized corporate script. UT needs to be proactive about medical personnel leaving Texas because of the unacceptable and deadly healthcare policies.

All staff encountered were very Professional
Dr Owen was great. She was very thorough and went through all of my symptoms and problems and really talked with me about them. Then she discussed thoroughly my treatment options. She was happy and in a great mood which made the visit all the better. She did not dismiss anything that I said. The front desk girls could have been a little more friendly. I know they see a lot of people each day but they were very dry and matter of fact. No smiles.
This was a new patient appointment. The wait was extremely minimal and all staff was very pleasant and professional. Dr Owen explains areas of treatment well. I found her to be very caring.
